We were so excited about finally getting to meet with a pain management Dr. yesterday. Finally to hopefully have an injection or something in his back to give him some relief. From the moment Dr. Weilert walked into the room to meet us he was rude and arrogant. He berated my son for how high my son said his pain level was. A person can only compare their pain level to the other pain they have experienced in their own life. This Dr. went on about this for several minutes. The appointment, because of this Dr. was awful. I nearly stood up and told him what he could do with his attitude and left, but it wasn't my appointment. If I had known my son felt the same way I would have. We kept our cool and were cordial during the appointment, unlike the angry, arrogant man we met with. I say "we" during this post because I have attended all of my sons appointments with him. When you are discussing your spine or spinal surgery that is a very serious thing. Everyone else we had met with along the way was amazing, kind and professional. Dr. Weilert, I really hope you read this post! You took the glimmer of hope my son had for some pain relief and treated him so badly he would never let you perform any kind of procedure on him. Terrible experience from beginning to end…read more Save yourself time, money, and frustration by going literally anywhere else for ENT care in Northwest Arkansas. From the cold, dismissive front-desk reception to a physician who barely acknowledged me, this visit felt rushed, impersonal, and careless. I was subjected to a scope that lasted no more than 30 seconds and was presented as if it were simply part of a standard office visit -- only to later be hit with a $310 charge that was never disclosed or discussed at any point. I left without answers, without a treatment plan, and with a surprise bill that felt deliberately hidden. There was no transparency, no informed consent regarding cost, and no communication before the charge appeared. I felt ignored. I felt taken advantage of. And I felt like a billing opportunity rather than a patient. Please learn from my mistake and take your ENT care somewhere that values communication, transparency, and basic respect for patients.

I was in a lot of pain but was told that it was the earliest they had. They did say they would put me on a cancellation waiting list. Never did get a call in 2 months, So I cancelled my appointment. I will look for alternative relieve rather than stay with a company that is so busy that they have their patient wait 3 months to get help. You should not have to wait 3 month to get relieve from pain.
