In a nutshell, AVOID THIS CLINIC. Would give a zero if I could. I wanted to try their semaglutide…read moreprogram and the disorganization should have been my first clue that something was wrong. No one seemed to know what was going on. I had a phone appt with the doctor, wherein I had to call 15 min passed the appt time to make sure they had the correct phone number and I wasn't missing the appt somehow. With some fumbling, I was told the doctor would call me back, which she did a few minutes later. Nothing about the conversation with the doctor gave me any semblance of confidence in the program. After some consideration, I decided to ask for a refund as I had not received any services or products (which I paid for in full up front). I spent over a week trying to simply get ahold of someone who could help with the refund. I was promised call backs that would never happen. Eventually I called the actual pharmacy that was to ship my order and had to cancel with them personally. The entire process was entirely unprofessional and extremely frustrating.   No amount of reasoning or apology will change my mind as this behavior was occurring BEFORE I asked for the refund. The level of poor communication and unprofessionalism was bordering on scam territory. I did eventually get my refund, albeit $150 short which, you guessed it, was never communicated to me. I wouldn't recommended this place to ANYone. There are plenty of other facilities to choose from, avoid this one with a 100 foot pole.

Do not go here without insurance or knowing the fee beforehand. My fault for not double-checking…read morewith my insurance that they would cover. However, without insurance, you will spend a ridiculous amount for a PT to look at you and give you two exercises to perform. I should have been told the amount of what it would cost before being admitted without insurance because they had yet to verify my insurance even though I was referred to by my doctor and they had that information. If they needed more, they had my phone number to call. Don't worry though, the fee can be paid for a gym membership anywhere in the area and cover you for a year, instead of an hour. When asked about reducing the cost they "asked" about it, but I could tell they never intended to try and help.

Kudos to Dr. Bethany who has excellent credentials for adjusting infants. My grandbaby at 6 months…read moreand 2 chiropractors later was still having struggles latching - crying and thrashing when trying to start nursing. He had irregular shaping on his head and didn't seem to have strength in his upper torso. Cried when put on his tummy and couldn't lift his head well or use both hands while on his tummy. After adjustment of his palate, the skull, and various places in his neck and torso, he was able to nurse for the first time with no fussing, thrashing, or latching issues. Within one day he was rolling over, using both hands and welcoming tummy time. By the end of the week, the irregular skull began resuming normal shape. After the 2nd visit we told the receptionist, we came in with one baby and left with a "different" one. Couldn't be more thrilled with the results!!!

Upon the first visit, after waiting for 15 minutes and in pain, I was given a touch exam and told I…read morehad serious issues. Then I got a set of x-rays done for 200 dollars out of pocket (insurance doesn't cover) and then a adjustment, which was excellently done. Then upon the next visit which was three days later, I was ushered into a room and shown my x-rays and was told about the treatment plan they wanted to pursue, no questions about my pain which I was and am still in. At this point the case manager informed me it was going to cost 5100 dollars out of pocket for them to provide me with 2 adjustments a week and decompression therapy etc. for 10 weeks to correct my back and shoulder issues. I was in shock and highly disappointed, I really thought for a minute they actually cared, and I had hope, all dashed. Then they gave me a copy of the plan and out the door. Just wow.

So a couple weeks ago on the weekend with no working out, running around town shopping, eating out…read moreand eating poorly of course, then binge watching crap till late hours... Monday hits after a poor nights sleep. I wake up wet with sweat and freezing. Yep I'm sick, feel like I got hit by a bus. Just want to climb back in bed but know it won't do me any good without chugging chemical nightmare causing green night quill or a handful of ibuprofen. Once again doing no good just prolong my sickness and fry my kidneys. I suck it up and drink a bunch of water, get dressed and go here. Start with a hocaat secession and end with an iv. Feel slightly better as my fever broke but not 100% me yet. Kept drinking water and staying hydrated as they told me I should as I walked out the door. Right home back to bed. Next day I feel like I can run a marathon! So glad I went here over the old ritual of over the counter crap wondering if it will actually work this time or just make me worse till I need antibiotics from a trip to my usual scrip or surgery writing see me a whole 45 seconds after a 2 hour wait doctor. Yes that old method is done! This is my go to place for not only when feeling like crap, but now my preventative measure place! They even have a protocol for a pre vacation or night out of bad eating and drinking that can make life a lot more enjoyable with more energy and less payback later. Who would figure to get your immune system in top condition before an expensive cruise or just a long night out with friends!

When I…read morerecently called with an issue that they felt should be dealt with quickly, they called me very late in the day (after 6 p.m.) when they had a chance, and made every effort to work me in the following day. They even placed phone calls to the imaging center to also work me into their busy schedule, rather than being content with what they saw in the scheduling system - in which case, I would not have been seen for a few days. Dr. Woodworth has been my surgeon consult for a couple of times now for what have turned out to be non-serious issues, thankfully. But he is thorough, compassionate, and communicates and educates his patients about all the possibilities and options. Most impressive, when I was waiting the results of a biopsy he called me personally on a Friday at 5 p.m. to let me know the results. Although I wasn't expecting the results until Monday, when he received them on Friday, he wanted to let me know as soon as possible. That is a caring medical professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone requiring a surgical consult.

Dr. Assing said, "Do not touch my things, I DO NOT like it when people touch my things." My boys where being very well behaved and when one was in the exam chair I had the other on my lap watching. As we were leaving my boys and I said "Thank you. Have a good day." and his response was "It will be better than yours. You have your hands full." I will be going somewhere else next time. He is NOT good with kids and there is no way I will allow him to put his hands on mine again!
