Once the hearing aids were paid for, their response to a request for service was a monotone appointment only, we can offer you one in two weeks. It was a simple repair. The nice folks at Coastal told me to come right over, that although they work on appointments, they would squeeze me in. Once there and in no time at all they replaced the ear bud and sent me on my way. I would have been happy to pay and offered to do so. They did the repair promptly, at no charge and I was not even a regular customer. I was very please. It is a lot easier to help mom when she can hear me. Any way, I know where to go when I break down and get hearing aids for myself. Bill W

They answer all my questions and go over test results while taking care of my hearing aids when they had issues. They all make my appointments a pleasure and not a hardship. Recently I went for a hearing test and to get my hearing aids fixed. Dr Bride is no longer there as she's now taking caring of the business which is quite understandable. My Hearing tests were done fine and my hearing aids were fixed and tuned up properly. All was good and mission was accomplished. So 5 stars it still is. I highly recommend Adept.

They scheduled an appointment with a speech pathologist, which surprised me because I have a long-lasting cough and congestion but no issues with speech. I met with Delin. She was professional, thorough and her easy-going and friendly manner put me at ease immediately. She performed a minimally invasive procedure with a probe in my throat which was uncomfortable, but she made it as fast, painless and efficient as possible, offering encouragement and support. I found her very thorough, and willing to listen to my symptoms and concerns and address them. Equally important, she was kind, understanding, sympathetic and personable. She asked questions and listened to my responses, seeking more information and deeper understanding. As I've started to age and accumulate more health conditions, I've seen more and more doctors and specialists, many of whom are dismissive, uncaring and even rude. Tried calling twice this week and sat on hold for 10 minutes before being allowed to leave a voicemail and still no one gets back to you. Was trying to get in with Dr. Green as my primary referred me, but I'll gladly take my insurance and money elsewhere where I can actually get in and they actually have staff to schedule appointments.

After insurance, our portion was $4000. He was told that he needed to first see a doctor to have a test done to determine if there was fluid in his ear? It was more of a Cover your butt recommendation. After visiting the doctor... he asked my husband why he was paying this exorbitant about of money when he can just go to Costco and get them for $1500. He brought back the hearing aids and we now have an appointment with Costco. Talk about taking advantage..! WOW!!! Go to Costco... they were awesome!
