Once the hearing aids were paid for, their response to a request for service was a monotone appointment only, we can offer you one in two weeks. It was a simple repair. The nice folks at Coastal told me to come right over, that although they work on appointments, they would squeeze me in. Once there and in no time at all they replaced the ear bud and sent me on my way. I would have been happy to pay and offered to do so. They did the repair promptly, at no charge and I was not even a regular customer. I was very please. It is a lot easier to help mom when she can hear me. Any way, I know where to go when I break down and get hearing aids for myself. Bill W

My husband lost hearing on his right side when he was very young and was interested in seeing how much different this would be. We were greeted by John who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a very thorough test and discussed how their brand of hearing aids worked. He left for a minute and came back with the equipment to make a model for a hearing aid. We asked for the price breakdown which he provided. Once we said we needed to talk about it, he turned quiet and cold. It was so bad that I would never go back there just because of the treatment. We always discuss the pros and cons of any purchase. I think we would have decided to go with the brand until John's manner turned us off. This was totally unacceptable behavior and I do not rec

While waiting, I mentioned I wanted hearing aids that attached to my cell phone -I'm using my late mother's aids. I thought I needed a whole new set of hearing aids. Carol made sure mom's hearing aids were safe for me which they are - neither my mom nor I had/have profound hearing loss. She went through the whole set-up process for/with me. She saved me time, money, and hassle. I would go back if I need anything else and do recommend that people check her out (conveniently located near Trader Joes). She offers many different brands and types of hearing aids so there is a lot to choose from.

They answer all my questions and go over test results while taking care of my hearing aids when they had issues. They all make my appointments a pleasure and not a hardship. Recently I went for a hearing test and to get my hearing aids fixed. Dr Bride is no longer there as she's now taking caring of the business which is quite understandable. My Hearing tests were done fine and my hearing aids were fixed and tuned up properly. All was good and mission was accomplished. So 5 stars it still is. I highly recommend Adept.

The devices are of high quality and the professional care I receive from the audiologist is top notch. I don't understand why someone would go to some discount office or store and certainly not on line to get hearing aids. Second only to vision, hearing is a critically needed part of our lives for safety, socialization, and the list goes on. I think that some confuse this office with an adjacent ENT group. I have not had a good experience there especially with their support staff. Manatee Hearing and Speech rates a five and, being stubborn, I seldom would rate any place a five.
