Once the hearing aids were paid for, their response to a request for service was a monotone appointment only, we can offer you one in two weeks. It was a simple repair. Once there and in no time at all they replaced the ear bud and sent me on my way. I would have been happy to pay and offered to do so. They did the repair promptly, at no charge and I was not even a regular customer. I was very please. It is a lot easier to help mom when she can hear me. Any way, I know where to go when I break down and get hearing aids for myself. Bill W
