I don't understand why someone would go to some discount office or store and certainly not on line to get hearing aids. Second only to vision, hearing is a critically needed part of our lives for safety, socialization, and the list goes on. I think that some confuse this office with an adjacent ENT group. I have not had a good experience there especially with their support staff. Manatee Hearing and Speech rates a five and, being stubborn, I seldom would rate any place a five.
