We argued with them and their billing office many times after we receive the bill in December, and finally they agreed to revoke the bill. HOWEVER, half a year later, in May of 2020, we received another bill from them. The bill was exactly the same as the bill of last year ---- they sent the same bill that should have been revoked. We called their office immediately arguing about the bill, they promised us they will resolve it. It is now June and three weeks past, the issue is still not solved.

My outer corners of my eyes now burn red on and off 5 1/2 years now . The eyeball itself is grey now. I lost collagen in my eyes. They are red and bloodshot all the time . It's a living hell I'm going through . My bottom eyelid actually split open. He sent me a letter with stating me was no longer my dr and would not see me . I pray everyday I will be able to get fixed. The nightmare keeps me up at night.

I was really pleased with how easy it was to set up an appointment on the app. I uploaded my insurance information on the app and presented it again to the receptionist when I arrived for my appointment. I saw the doctor and was pleased with my care. However, I needed a prior authorization for a prescription and everything went downhill. Long story short, I contacted One Medical three times by app (as instructed) to request the PA. The app has read receipts, so the staff saw my request. I never received a response. A week before I was going to be out of my medication, I was finally able to get in contact with a customer service rep at their corporate office. She was very apologetic about the issue and had the office manager reach out to me. The office manager told me they didn't take my insurance and that they would not do the PA. I felt like the office manager was blaming me for the issue. However, my insurance company assigned One Medical to me, said One Medical was a participating office when I called, and had them listed online as in network, so I didn't appreciate the insinuation that I did not do my due diligence. One Medical had multiple opportunities to let me know that they did not accept my insurance, but chose to ghost me until I reached out to corporate. I was left without care and with an empty prescription. It was difficult to find a new provider on such short notice, so I had to go without my medication. Had One Medical paid attention when I booked my appointment, showed my insurance card to the receptionist, or during the 3 times I reached out about my PA, I could have started the search earlier and found a new doctor. One Medical is careless at best and negligent at worst. With so many other options in Chicago, I could not recommend One Medical in good faith.

The office is so welcoming and a spa-like, beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. We are so happy we found her! She and her team are gems. I never used the refill, Now that I need the cream again because my dermatitis is flaring up, he said that I have to come in for a visit before he'll rewrite the prescription. My issue is is that every time I walked through that door it's a $200 endeavor and I don't have that kind of money, I've explained this to him and he said there's nothing he can do about it. We know exactly what I need and I've expressed that I am in discomfort and I just need the cream that he gave me last time, He said no. It took 6 weeks after the cancelation to get a refund check from Pryor Health after significant follow-up. The John Bull Center operates as part of the Pryor Health network and group. The most disappointing aspect was when a refund check was promised to be available at the Naperville office after 5 weeks, no one called to confirm and then when several follow-up messages were left there was no return calls. An email communication was the only contact for the refund. Pryor Health is not an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, but has other refund issues listed on the BBB website.

They were kind at first and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I had my reduction in March of 2024. Almost immediately I felt I had an infection on my right breast incision. I kept doctor Bull's assistant Tiffany updated with multiple pictures daily and I was brushed off. Eventually my infection got so bad I went to the ER and my breast quite literally OPENED up and seeped infection. I didn't hear back from Dr. Bulls office for 3 days. I had to go to an infectious disease doctor who then prescribed me an antibiotic but told me I would have to go in for a SECOND surgery to debris the infection. Before my second surgery when I was visibly upset going in for my pre op appointment that I scheduled with their office, per them reaching out, Tiffany and Dr Bull told me I had no appointment, that we would just proceed without any pre lab visits. Oh, he also told me that he had to be careful with how he spoke to me because I get emotional. This is just skimming the surface of my experience. 0/10 would NOT recommend. I'd share pictures but just take my word that my right breast is mangled.
