let me first say, I'm thankful they were there to accommodate my schedule HOWEVER! this is a FALSE…read moreadvertisement. When my child first attended I was excited as they received homework and teachers seemed interested in "loving our babies". Needless to say, everything dissipated. Teachers getting fired left and right. Every 3mths there is a new teacher. No one is ever at the front to open the door or when it's time to pick up the little ones. Kids continuing to get sick. Teachers don't wear shoes nor do they have any clue as to what is going on. Teachers have stated the owner Mrs. Ham does not respect them, tells them to shut up but due to the pay in the area, they quit and come back or stay because they need a job. When brought to the owner's attention about my child's scratches on their face or my concerns about the teacher not resolving conflict, her response "what is it you want me to do about it" YOUR JOB MAAM!!! Depending on a teacher your child has, your child is more than likely to not have their diaper, pull up, or underwear to change if it has been soiled until the end of day. There have been other parents concerned about why their child has had rashes and has broken out on their bottom, because the lack and or negligence of monitoring the children going to the bathroom. let's not mention, they have cameras, however, none of the cameras work in the classroom. So if you have a concern about your child, the answer is always "oh... I don't know, you have to ask Mrs. Ham" or "I dont know." Also, please be aware the clothes you send with your children are more than likely to end up on another child's body and you would never see the clothes you sent with them. When it comes to the "learning Academy" your child would not learn anything. Once again, it really depends upon the teacher that is assigned to your child if they stay and or last more than three months. Other than that, you are better off, teaching your child at home. Don't believe me, ask some of the moms, and or dads that come out every single morning or every single evening. Enroll your child at your own risk. So much potential but very lackluster.

My 2 year old would cry almost every day when we got to his classroom and some times refused to go in the building. His teacher would not speak to me after I questioned wether she had noticed any changes since he'd started. A former teacher claimed this teacher hit kids. I could not verify this. The only evidence was my son's behavior towards her and not wanting to go in the class. The last straw that week was my daughter getting scratched up all over her face. The asst. director Adarian told me he would find out Monday. I still had no incident report & they all claimed they did not know what happened to my child who had red bruises on her neck and scratches all over her face - beyond a normal acceptable scratch that kids get when they play or scuffle. I filed a report with DFCS, the police dept, and called their corporate office. Do not trust these people with your children. The turn over rate is high and the teachers dont seem to care for your children. There was 1 awesome teacher who left after i pulled my children out and kept in contact with me. There is a new "teacher" every week, and their negligent attitude and communication is awful.

You can't even walk in the building when Georgia law declared Covid a non emergency now. You pick up and drop your child off at the door which is weird. As a first time mom I wanted to stop by and check on my child the first week and they had an attitude about that even though during the tour it was expressed that wouldn't be an issue. They would put other babies bibs and hats on my child. Have a bottle of her breast milk away in another child's bag and it took a week to get my bottle back from the other parent. They DO NOT update the Procare app so I barely knew what was going on with my child. Overall I didn't feel at ease leaving my child here with no updates, organization, or sanitary precautions.

Everyday I came to pick her up/drop her off the other kids nose would be severely running and the care giver didn't bother to wipe it. They don't keep the kids clean, so I know the toys couldn't possible be sanitized well. She wasn't learning anything and everyday I would come to pick her up the teacher didn't really have a report for what the day was like, even if I asked questions. When they would have outside time all the kids would just stand up under the shade with the teacher. Not playing or anything. No learning takes place. In a nutshell this place is a babysitting service and nothing more. They are well overpriced too.‍‍ Side note: when I called to withdraw my daughter the person I spoke to asked why and I told her and she was very uninterested in the flaws that I revealed to her about that center. So change probably won't happen. It's best to avoid this place all together.
