She told me out of her mouth that she had to give Maria a year leave in the past because of this kind of behavior. Which is really unprofessional to tell a new employee. She tried to make me stay in a work environment where I didn't feel comfortable or welcomed. Her father Charles tried to give me this speech about how to overcome the disrespect basically. But, it didn't work for me at all. Then, don't get me started on how small & unsafe this place is for the children. During nap time all of the children in the whole daycare sleeps in the hallway that's so unsanitary & weird to me. And not to mention that she didn't pay me for those days I worked which was to be $19 a hour. So when I resigned a couple days after I reached out to her about the process of me to get paid. She ignored me because she was out of town living her best life. But then she replied she asked me for a mailing address for my check which she received. Then I waited a few more days to see if it would be in the mailbox but it wasn't so I reached out to her again. Then in her words she said "The check will be sent 30 days after your resignation date since we did not receive ample notice. The training check will be received by Aug. 4." So, I waited again at this point I'm being very patient with her. It's August 11th & still haven't received a check!!!!! She will not reply to me & it's very inconsiderate. But the moral of the story is don't work here or send your child here.
