My garage was also transformed into a nice open space with new garage doors. The front balcony was redone and retrofitted to present standards with iron railing. They also had to fix the deteriorated master bedroom balcony also complete with iron railing as well. Various rooms inside the house were patched up and painted to look new. Having left a very positive review a few weeks ago, I'm disappointed to have to update the review. Since then the paint on many of the wooden indoor doors started peeling. I emailed and they sent workers to correct the problem. I mentioned that it could start in other places and they said just call if it did. They stand behind their work for 6 months. Unfortunately another door began to peel (see photos) so I emailed again. As expected, Amir said he'd be out that Tuesday to take a look and that he'd take care of it. I said I knew he would and to give me a jingle before he came. Its been about a month so far. I never heard from anyone again. I sent 4 emails and one voice mail. It appears I'm being 'ghosted'! This is shocking to me. I thought we had a good working relationship. I treated the workers well and gave each worker a very generous gratuity. It's a shame to ruin what started as a good experience. I needed a roof to be repaired. They assessed the job, made their recommendations, and completed the work within the time frame of the agreement. I did not have to make the full payment until inspection was performed. For me the most important part of the experience was that after the job was done, I discovered some additional work that needed to be performed. Within two days of the discovery someone was back to my home to do the additional work and at no additional charge. My childhood house needed tons of work basically a new makeover so Amir came in and make my house more beautiful than it was before.
