The customer service is outstanding here. Tools upon tools everywhere. The only negative thing I can say about it is that things jump into your hands against your will, which you must pay for. read more

First time dealing with them back in December, I called in to ask questions because there was a specific saw I wanted, I explained what I wanted to do and they lead me in the correct direction, When I went to pick up the to the saw Gabe wasnt there but the gentleman from Brooklyn kept me on my toes and laughing as they processed everything I will definitely be back! read more

I have been a carver and furniture maker for 30 years. Living in Hawaii, makes access to all things woodworking more challenging. When my Laguna TS saw died, I needed a new big saw and bought the only one available over here ( I will not shame them with the brand name). Within two weeks, I knew I needed a better and more precise tool. I called the Laguna home office and they recommended I link up with Woodcraft in Honolulu. That would have cost me months of a delay. Instead I found Eagle Tools. For you guys over there, maybe you don't realize what a blessing it is to have a company as knowledgable, helpful and supportive as Eagle Tools. This is the first review of any business I have given in the past 8 years, but they are so impressive a "shout out" to the world is imperative. If you are in the market for any woodworking tool, get over there. They are extremely organized and keep you in the loop if a shipment to you is involved. My tool is on a boat in the Pacific in less than a month!! Wow. Thank you so much. You will be source for new tools going forward...Cheers. read more

What a gem! Gabe, John, and everyone else at Eagle Tools is great and helped me in finally upgrading my table saw to a new SawStop PCS. They also set it up for me, calibrated everything, and were able to deliver it for me! And the showroom is amazing--there's just nothing like it in the area. And if Gabe's dad is in the shop and telling stories, you should listen up--because they always contain a lifetime's worth of experiences and tips. read more

Eagle Tools - My new SawStop from Eagle Tools - Hardware Stores Near Me - Los Angeles, California

This place is a toy store for woodworkers. Went in with my dog earlier today after learning about it and not only are they friendly, they're dog friendly. That's more important than some people think. Though I didn't need help as I was just browsing this visit, everyone was very eager and willing to lend a hand if I needed it and weren't pushy about it at all. All the conversations I had with the staff proved to me that they were all very genuine, enjoyed the trade, and were extremely knowledgeable and overall happy to work here. Long story long, this place rules and everyone here rules. read more

I had an excellent experience with every team member I encountered at Eagle Tools. From my initial phone call with Gabriel to determine the availability of a saw that I've been very excited to purchase for some time, to arrival and talking a little shop with Jared, I felt very welcome. I'm very green and this is obviously a professional outfit, but their patience and consideration was clear and they showed tremendous care. I'm looking forward to returning and supporting this business and I wish them all the continued success! read more

Knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection of tools. For the wood enthusiast this is the place to go to.

I have been in the process of setting up a woodworking shop at my home and was actually referred to Eagle tool by another vendor. I checked them out online and was greatly impressed by the glowing reviews, after my first visit I could see exactly why there was so much positivity related to this business... The service, the staff and the available stock is incredible! I made a few visits before finally deciding on which tablesaw I would go with as there was a lot to consider. Jessie was one of the most patient and knowledgeable professionals I have ever worked with. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the entire process of the sale. I would highly recommend Eagle Tools to anybody in need of top quality woodworking equipment. read more

I was not a customer here, but wanted to share an experience I had with them today..... I had to report a violent crime to the Police department today, which is located across the street. My vehicle attracts break in's, coupled with parking being at a premium in that area, I asked one of the gentleman working there if he wouldn't mind me parking in their lot as it had ample spaces connected to it. He said 'no problem' and that they would be closing soon anyway so not to worry. About two-three hours later, figuring that I had more than worn out my welcome, an older gentleman came out as I was returning and - seeing my dog whom I was about to get back in the car - asked, "are you about to go walk him?" The implication in my mind being, "are you about to go walk him? because this is a business, please go take your personal matters elsewhere." I quickly answered him that the first employee had given me permission, and that I appreciated it, to which he responded, "I am the owner and of the same mind, I just want to make sure you're ok and let you know I just locked shop, please take your time." The kindness these guys showed on a garbage day of my own, unbeknownst to them, spoke volumes of their character. You can tell that they have old school integrity and concern for others, from the top on down. If I ever have any business for them, I will come here in a heart beat. read more

This store is amazing - a family-owned tool and machine shop that has been around for decades and offers stellar service, excellent prices, and no sales pressure! Three years ago I was looking to buy my first tablesaw and a chain woodworking store was kind enough to recommend Eagle (even though the chain store also sells tablesaw saws!) I'm so grateful they did. Eagle has a huge selection of machines and brands and they tell you honestly which ones are great, what upgrades are worth the money, and which ones you can skip to stick to a budget. That first visit I ended up buying a tablesaw, dust collector, and drill press. Over the years, I've bought a bigger dust collector, a jointer/planer, a huge woodworking bandsaw, a wood lathe, a metal cutting band saw, as well as numerous saw blades, bases, and other accessories. The sales guys are extremely knowledgeable, and they also have their own in-house machinists who can build the machines from scratch. They've been to my shop several times not only to install new machines but also to trouble-shoot and fine tune them years later. read more

The best staff & very extensive selection of the top brands. They do it right. I'm not a professional woodworker and ask a dumb obvious question all the time, but these guys identify I'm not a pro and respectfully answer the question in a way I understand. read more

I was looking for a 14 inch band saw and I was refer to Eagle Tools by an employee from another store in Pasadena on Rosemead Blvd (locals can surely figure out what I am talking about) because that particular store didn't have it in stock. Once I got to Eagle Tools I was blown away by their selection and knowledge, Jesse and Gabriel are willing to go the extra mile to help and answer questions, it feels more like a consultation than a sales which I definitely like. In my opinion pictures are always better than words, so take a look and trust me, you will not be disappointed! read more

Cut to the chase ... Jesse the owner, is simply one stand up kind of guy. Patient, helpful, informative ... ultimate customer service. I bought equipment from him about 10 years ago and have called back on various occasions for assistance. Each time, without missing a beat, he knows who I am and gets things done. Look no further ... Eagle Tools is the place to go. read more

This is the kind of business that was around before the big box stores took over. The owner, Jesse, will take the time to talk to you, consult really, at length about your needs and which tools will serve you best. He also offers a very competitive price and you simply will not find better service. The store is a woodworkers paradise! Ever want to see all the top manufacturer's table saws, planers, jointers, bandsaws, sanders etc...all in one place side by side? Well, this is your place. It is unreal the kind of inventory that Jesse keeps on hand. When you walk into the back where all the tools are you will drool, slap yourself to make sure you aren't dreaming and wonder why you didn't come here years ago. To top it all off Jesse and his boys will make sure whatever tool you buy is set up properly and works well before it is handed over to you. There is a reason he has been in business for so long. If you need to buy woodworking tools then this is the place. Plus, you will probably also get the best price. read more

Unbelievably great experience. These guys are patient and enthusiastic and super well-informed. They also have the nicest collection of woodworking tools I've ever seen in one store, and they specialize in Festool and Sawstop. They'll be seeing a lot of me in the future. read more

Jesse is a legend on the net for his knowledge of tools, trouble shooting, and repairs. Better than that, he runs a shop that has it all - new, used, parts, . . . and advice! Eagle tools is the perfect place to go if you really know your tools, or want to know more about them. Great service and selection - he may have the most extensive on-site selection of Festool products in the US. read more

I recently purchased a band saw from Eagle Tools, after a lot of on-line research. What steered me towards Eagle Tools was other people's experience with Jesse at Eagle Tools. My experience closely matched what I had read on-line. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable, committed, and pleasant to work with. Once I explained my needs to him, he didn't try to oversell me equipment that I didn't really need. Jesse took his time and explained the advantages (and disadvantages) of the equipment I was looking at. He ran test cuts for me on the exact machine I was looking at. Even before delivery, Jesse went over my band saw with a fine toothed comb, adjusting anything that he felt wasn't just right. After the sale was complete, Jesse stayed in touch with me in case I needed any product support (which I did). I am very happy with my experience at Eagle Tools, and will definitely buy from them again. read more

I've purchased a SawStop, bandsaw, dust collector, and thickness planer from Eagle Tools. These purchases have been done over the period of a few years. As you can tell, I keep going back. They've won me over as a customer. Jessie and Raul are very knowledgable and honest. They've steered me well and kept me within budget. They don't try to "upsell". The relationship has never ended with the sale. Customer support is outstanding! They stand behind their products. read more

The guys at Eagle Tools are the best in the tool business. Jesse and Raul are extremely knowledgable about their products, and spend whatever time is necessary to make sure you're getting the right tool for your needs. Their showroom is quite substantial and you're always free to spend as much time as you like examining the tools. They'll even demo them for you. I'm purely a woodworking hobbyist (lawyer by trade), but require quality. Eagle sells the best quality tools in the business. Over the past 10 years, I've bought nearly my entire workshop from them, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Prices are very competitive and fair, and you'll never beat the customer service. Thanks, guys! read more
