Tech said my capacitor was bad so he replaced it and it didn't fix the problem. Next he attached a garden hose to the compressor and ran water over it for several minutes. Still no improvement. Told me the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced and because the unit was old, several other components as well. $6000. I told him I needed to think about it. $89 for service call. I contacted another AC company and since he had just had a cancellation he was able to come quickly as well. 20 minutes later the AC is running and cooling my 94 degree house. $90 for the service call no parts needed. It was a loose wire. So I got an$89 lesson from NOW and a $90 repair from the second company. I do not recommend NOW and will not be calling again.

Someone came out to assess and quote the job. It wasn't cheap, but we're heating and cooling over 3k square ft with a single unit. We finalized everything via text, and after a few weeks I got the call they were ready to install. They came on the date and time we had discussed, which In itself puts them over the top compared to other companies weve worked with in the past. The 3 guys that came out knew what they were doing. Install was completed in a single day. We are more than satisfied. Also, there was no attempt to up-sale at all, no heavy sales pitch.
