The plumber was argumentative, not knowledgeable, and not trustworthy. Claiming multiple times that he could not remove the plug because it would void the warranty, and that he had confirmed this with the MFG and Lowe's. I had previously spoken to both companies and cleared that this installation would not void the warranty. The finished job is immediately leaking. I'm going to have to call someone to redo the shoddy work and seek a refund from Lowe's on the install. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality experience.
