We were supplied with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. We had access to a paddle boat, kayak, paddle board and fishing poles. We caught 5 different types of fish and saw all kinds of wildlife while we were there. They allow 1 team party and we had the boys over to fish, grill and play in the river. But, based on the tangible product, increasing your prices for this tourney is unethical if you cannot provide a clean $640 room with working ac during crazy hot weather. For the broken AC, your staff said: "I guarantee it was working" when "said staff" was not in my room at 1 am, 2 am, 3 am and 4 am when I was up trying to get the ac to work. For that, this is why I came here to let future bookings know ;) Lastly, espresso was great, but breakfast was Mid and tiramisu was rotten from the cafe.

Once we got past that and met our lovely hostess and saw the rental it was all 5 stars. The place is small, no question but it is a great economic option. Full service kitchen, clean and I slept like a baby. It served it's purpose with style. I did kill a spider I found in the bed but my wife was sleeping so it was no biggie. If you book a stay at the bungalow feel free to bring a donation for the kitchen. If you have an extra pan or dish or something, you can leave it there for the next guest.

Am I being a bit critical, yes, but this is supposed to be a "luxury" rental. The house was luxury the rest no so.
