He was professional,…read moreon-time, surprisingly fast responding to my text and emails, and did exactly what he said he would do. His entire team was so professional and friendly. They even knew my pets names the first day. We hired Matt to paint the entire inside and outside of our house, the outside of our shed and shop, and pressure wash our driveway and patio. Matt bid the high-end Benjamin Moore outdoor paint by default, which was competitively priced with the lower end paint bids by others. The other unique item was Matt's work came with a 5-year workmanship warranty. If I had questions or thought something needed to be touched-up, Matt answered questions or touched up work no questions asked. He wanted to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was when added to the scope of work. I sent photos, he gave a bid, and we agreed to the price. When he came to the house, Matt said he could do the work less and reduced his bid even though we already agreed to the higher amount. Matt's team are good painters and it's clear he takes pride in the quality of his work. I strongly recommend him and would hire him again. The only heads-up I would give (not a negative, just a heads up) is if you want any texturing work done, make sure to communicate your expectations with Matt. Matt was clear with us regarding his team's texturing limitations, which I appreciated. Matt did a good job sanding and texturing to remove an obvious line across the middle of the room, this isn't part of his normal scope that was included in our bid.

For example, we have a very active Malinois mix who frequently bounces off the screen door to be let in, scratching the existing Plexiglass. After considering heavy duty screening to prevent damage to the Plexiglass (vetoed because it would obstruct the view out), Roger came up with covering the existing Plexiglass with another sheet so it could be more easily replaced when we decide to sell the house. He replaced the door hinges, refinished all of the scratched wood & the screen door looks & works wonderfully. Roger is a bit OCD about the quality of his work & I'm very thankful that he is. My husband & I were both amazed at what Roger charged for the quality & amount of work he did. We will definitely be calling him when we need more work done!

We disc the project and he said he would get back to me in a day or so. After 3 days of no response from them I sent a follow up though the Yelp conversation. Never heard anything back. Yes he has the correct contact info. My guess ie that he didn't want the job. If they want to do a job, just say so. Not professional at all to not respond. For this I had to give them 1 star. thats only because he showed up quickly to review. UPDATE: Hector got back to me and informed me of the issue with the delay. Thank you and I update the star rating to 3.
