I came to here for a back sprain after a car accident and chronic pain in my foot. This is brand new facility. My first impression of the office was great. It's clean, big, open, and modern. With COVID-19 and everything going on, I was happy to see the staff take many measures to ensure safety: cleaning and making sure there is distancing within the clinic, private rooms, and they offer masks and gloves at the front desk for patients. They also have hand sanitizers everywhere so that made me comfortable. There's plenty of parking and they consult over phone/video. The doctors, therapists, and staff were friendly and helpful figuring out all of my insurance coverage. My therapist did a full exam the first day and began treatment. I would say I felt at least 50% better after I left that day. In a few sessions, my pain was gone! I couldn't believe it because I've been struggling with the foot problem for a while now. I would recommend Eagle Physical Therapy & Rehab to anyone with pain. Therapy isn't easy but finding a good place and people that really take time explaining exercises and pain management skills to you is harder. Love this place! read more

The office is clean and the front office staff (Tylah) is consistently responsive and follows up timely for appointments.
