The environment is a wonderful combination of professional, friendly, relaxed, and comfortable. There are rooms for private consultations, and a big open room for all the stretches, exercises, and stuff like that. The open room tends toward open conversations, which generally is a lot of fun. They have one TV, usually on, NOT TOO LOUD (YAY!), and that is more of a conversation starter than anything else. They will change channels or volume to suit whoever is there. The one thing I would recommend to all patients there is to ASK QUESTIONS and ASK for whatever you want. Jeff and his staff are happy to do whatever they can - let's face it, people are different, so ask for what you need and they will work with you. I tend to want a lot of "explain what this stretch is supposed to do" "where should I feel this?" "Am I doing this the right way?" Jeff and staff are always happy to answer. On the other hand, some people are like "got it, now leave me alone to do it" and they are great with that, too. If I need PT again, I will happily return here!

Amazing services…read more This is the first time I have been tp physical therapy for myself amd scheduled it for myself as an adult. I was kind of concerned because I had never heard of this place before but my worries quickly dissipated after I walked into the clinic. The techs were so wonderful and kind plus they ensured I was able to get all of the paperwork done far in advance to the appointment so I didn't have to rush when I came for my first visit. Dr. Jill Arnold is a great physical therapist. I've had a lot of experience with PT because of…read morenerve root injury in my spine, pelvic floor dysfunction and most recently, pudendal neuralgia. She treats men and women and specializes in pelvic dysfunction, pelvic pain and pudendal nerve issues. She also works on spine problems. I see her for chronic pelvic pain and pudendal neuralgia and she gets results fast. I used to get discouraged with therapy and quit the exercises becasue it took too long to see any improvement but she combines exercises with manual manipulation of the nerves, etc. to get maximum results quickly. Cyclists!! This is your therapist. I mean it. That saddle numbness may not go away - trust me. She can work with you on that. She's also a triathlete so she knows a lot about body mechanics and that kind of stuff. I highly recommend her because of her skills but she is really easy to talk to as well so you can tell her your physical problems, no matter how embarassing you may think they are.
