Day one and since then as been a phenomenal experience. Mr. Berry is personable, and professional. He is kind and compassionate, and eased me into my experience of online treatment. I was able to discuss my treatment plan and my progress that was reviewed by both of us. I am very happy with my treatment and experience. Mentally, I am in a much better place and I am feeling better each day. I just wanted to let you all know, Mr. Berry is an excellent therapist that is concerned about my mental health. He is always available and willing to listen and offer his expertise.

I have been treated very kindly by the front desk, scheduling office, director, and by my therapist (Ashley) and psychiatrist (Damien, who no longer works there). I am no longer able to seek care at Mosaic due to a change in my health insurance and I am sad to leave. They are making a difference in the community here and I couldn't be more thankful for their compassion for their patients and what they do!

When I…read morefirst sat down for IOP, one of the counselors, Sarah Yoho, told the group we wouldn't have to worry about being sober forever because one day we would all be dead. Who talks like that?! Especially to a group of recently sober people! She also made me feel like a complete loser because I happened to still be living with my parents for the time being. Like I wasn't a fully functioning adult because of where I was currently living. I don't make enough money to move out yet! One time I was late because of traffic on 695 and when I told Sarah there were so many slow drivers on the road she said "Yeah? Well you're one of them!" Again what? So rude!!!!! Another counselor, Bobby, humiliated me saying I needed to get a life because I liked Star Wars too much which is my therapy. A true counselor who cares about your mental health would NEVER say something like that. The day counselor, Melissa, is almost as bad as Sarah. I have SEVERE ADHD/ASPERGER'S and cannot sit still for long or focus on anything for long and need to be distracted like coloring or surf my phone occasionally. I understand the rules about no cell phone use, but when I have a severe medical condition where I feel like I HAVE to be doing two things at once and I explained this, I was immediately screamed at by the entire IOP class including Melissa saying they had ADHD too and that there was something seriously wrong with me for needing to do two things at once for example: listen and color or listen and check my email real quick. But instead of listening to my side of the story, they ganged up on me yelling until I decided I had enough and left on my own. I don't need any more emotional abuse. I had enough of that in childhood. Honestly, I would rather relapse a thousand times over than EVER go back to this place. There are better places to get sober at. Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous are great too. Just stay away from this place unless you want to relapse. This place will not keep you sober. STAY FAR AWAY.

They will keep you in their program…read morefor as long as possible in any shady way imaginable. they will "forget" appointments and keep you in the dark about your schedule and the requirements for meeting attendance until you complain and ask around and make a huge deal out of it. These people are absolutely not worried about your recovery or anything else for that matter including your mental health. they care only about your money and taking it from you for as long as possible. I thought it was just poorly managed at first. but I talked to other group members and it is absolutely intentional. Please, please if you have a choice never ever set foot in any of these locations, they will do nothing but milk your insurance and feed you bs to keep you in as long as possible.
