20260311 -- Here we go AGAIN since 20260227! Spending hours at a time on the phone with Eagle Pharmacy (EP) representatives promising to fix the problem / glitch with my account that delays refills of my prescription. One promise after another to receive a call from EP management. I'm down to four pills with NO END IN SIGHT to fix the same problem I went through in January 2026. THIS IS INSANE! 20260109 -- Eagle Pharmacy (EP) simply does not care. Since 20251202, I have been contacting EP to resolve a glitch in their system that denies my prescription refill. After two-to-three calls per week with EP for the past six weeks, the problem has still not been resolved. These calls with the automated operator and live customer support reps have been lengthy and frustrating. I am now out of my Synthroid medication. I'm exhausted and saddened by the way my situation has been handled. Multiple times I've added a new/valid credit card to my account on the EP patient portal and several EP customer support agents have done the same. I can see my active primary and secondary cards, and the PE automated operator, Ava, can verify the same credit cards on my account, but the EP system cannot recognize/validate my cards for payment to process my prescription refill. After all the promises for the past six weeks to get the problem fixed and assurances that leadership and tech support were engaged, it's clear that EP does not have a solution to fix their system. I have fought hard to normalize living with this condition and I know it will only take a few days without my meds for significant issues and symptoms to reappear. This is horrendous to be left by EP with severe symptoms and serious health problems. read more

Absolutely horrible. Sat on prescription directly sent from my doctor's office and when you call you sit in a phone que to speak to an at home agent that says well, hopefully they will ship it today. I request to talk to the pharmacist and am told that they have 48 hours to respond and 3 business days to process a prescription. Okay, we are beyond that. What's the point of accepting customers if you can't handle the prescription. Why mess with people's medication. HORRIBLE! I have spent three hours on hold since Monday, tried to send an email and I am in need of my Synthroid refill. What does it take to receive a reply or have a representative pick up the phone!! Edit #1. I have now spent another 2 hours on hold waiting to speak to someone after the same phone number was left in a voice message. This is a joke. Edit #2. A total of 8 hours was spent trying to resolve this. There were two phone replies stating "I will send this to the pharmacy" but nothing happened. In communicating with the Company Rep on Yelp, there was not much help beyond, "I will have someone contact you" - the call came in 8 hours later. I called back and finally received some help by someone who walked the order through ensuring it would ship. This morning the tracking went live. During one of the calls it was suggested the pharmacy was swamped due to changes at the VA - I cannot complain about taking care of vets, this being stated, how about a comment on the website? I have been a customer of Eagle Pharmacy for about one year. My doctor referred me to Eagle because it sells a particular prescription drug at below market rates. I initially tried to create an account through Eagle's website, but it was incredibly rudimentary, buggy, and impossible to navigate, so I instead called Eagle and established an account over the phone. It was easy to do and, for several months, the correct prescription was shipped on time. I was pleased with the service. However, in early May, my doctor changed the dosage of the prescription, and serious problems ensued. It seems like Eagle's system is unable to process dosage changes. When my doctor made the change, I called Eagle Pharmacy (because the pharmacy only communicates with patients via telephone, fax, and snail mail). I was due for a refill of the "old" dosage, wanted Eagle to stop that refill and, instead, fill the prescription at the new dosage. The Eagle representative confirmed that the old dosage had not been shipped, but he had no way to, using his words, "pull it back," so I would have to pay for it and the new prescription as well. I had been sick, didn't have the energy to escalate the issue, and accepted his explanation, chalking up the additional expense to experience. Then, on Sunday, July 13, I received an SMS notification from Eagle that it had automatically shipped a refill of pills *at the old dosage.* Eagle's patient portal confirmed this, showing the shipment as "on the way" and provided a tracking number. This was alarming because I did not want to pay for another erroneous shipment of pills. Eagle Pharmacy is closed on weekends, so I called the pharmacy early in the morning on Monday, July 14. There was no option to speak with a representative. I basically had to explain to an automated system what I needed, let it respond with irrelevant information, and kept re-explaining until it "decided" to transfer me to a representative. It transferred me to an agent named Lyric. She was very nice but could not account for the SMS notification and order on the portal. She insisted that no order was actually in process, contradicting Eagle's own notification and portal. She didn't seem to have the ability to escalate my concern. She did not seem to have the ability to transfer me to the pharmacy. At my insistence, she said she would "send a message to the pharmacy" and call me back in a day or two. (Evidently, the customer service agents don't work at the pharmacy and do not have the ability to communicate with pharmacy personnel in real time. The agents appear to work remotely.) No one called me back or followed-up in any way. On July 17, my doctor revised my prescription again and sent it to Eagle. I received a notification that it had been received and would be filled. On Friday, July 25, I realized I had not received anything and logged into the patient portal. It showed the latest prescription on file but did not show any shipment. *However, the erroneous order I noticed on July 13 is still showing as "on the way" with a tracking number that the shipping company does not recognize as valid.* The portal also indicates that I am not eligible for a refill on the latest prescription until *October* even though the latest prescription has never been filled! I'll be out of pills in a week and cannot wait that long. I tried to place an order for the latest prescription, but the order does not appear to have gone through, presumably because the system shows I am ineligible for a refill at this time. (I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the Eagle patient portal is.) And, of course, Eagle is closed until Monday, so I'll have to wait until then to try to speak with a live agent on the phone, if the automated system will allow it. I would recommend Eagle if you have the patience to set up the initial account on the phone and know that your prescription will never change. Eagle's rudimentary system seems to be inefficient, to say the least, at processing dosage changes. When this happens, you'd be better off paying full price at a retail pharmacy. You'll pay more, but if you are the type of person who must take the prescription daily to maintain your health, the retail pharmacy is better-equipped to meet your needs and help you stay healthy. I have to wonder whether Eagle's relationship with AbbVie is the reason why the customer service is so bad. Because Eagle's pricing is below retail, I think customers just accept the terrible service instead of taking their business elsewhere. But, again, if you are the type of person who must have your prescription to maintain your health, doing business with Eagle could be risky. read more

Terrible Experience - Nonexistent Customer Service! I have tried multiple times to order my thyroid medication through this pharmacy's website, but there is a technical issue that prevents me from placing the order! I kept trying with no success. When I called, the automated system took my information and then said, "A problem occurred, please contact the pharmacy!" For an entire week, I have been calling the pharmacy several times a day, each call lasting about 30 minutes, yet no one ever answers! I even spoke to my doctor to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy, but he refused, saying it can only be filled at this pharmacy! Now, I am left without my thyroid medication due to this pharmacy's negligence. I have no idea what to do if my health depends on someone simply picking up the phone! Eagle Pharmacy - calling 20 times - Drugstores Near Me - Lakeland, Florida

I wish I could rate them on a minus scale!!!! I ordered 2 Synthroid prescriptions from them as I have to take 2 pills in order to get the correct dosage. Order placed on April 7, 2026. I needed my Synthroid then. I got no order confirmations or anything so I thought they had not been received. I got my prescriptions filled at the local pharmacy. Fast forward to May 14, 2026 (over a MONTH later) and I got an e-mail that my order had been shipped. I DON'T NEED IT A MONTH LATER!!! They also only shipped one order and the strength of it was not a strength I needed. I called the customer service number (Boy was that joke) and was advised that they could not help but that someone would call me back within 1-3 business days. The third business day has now closed and NO RESPONSE!!! I will be filing a disput on my credit card tomorrow. If you need Synthroid, do not walk, but RUN away from this company! On 11/25 I dealt with the ridiculous automated system to reorder my Synthroid which I have now been out of since the 27th. I wanted to speak to an actual person as I had previously but the system would not put me through to a live person or customer service. It appeared like the order was submitted & would be on its way but I decided to call this evening because I had NOT received my order yet & according to the once again extremely frustrating automated system, apparently my order was NOT sent out. Used them for a year for my Synthroid as my doc recommended brand and my insurance doesn't cover it. Cash only pharmacy, 90 days pills for $75, pretty reasonable. But my experience was mostly a headache. For several months, their customer service was nonexistent, with long hold times. Their pharmacy is not available after 5, so forget it if you need a consult after work. Their shipping is terrible, absolutely terrible. Standard shipping is DHL to USPS, and I can't tell you many times my orders would transfer to USPS and then disappear into a void for five days. I never ran out, because I'm on top of it, but it was too much work to get these fills timely. I upgraded to express shipping so I'd get my essential meds in 2 days, and paid $12 each order extra for the privilege. So somehow the bargain of $75 became almost 90 each time. Nope. This year, I had enough of working so hard for my meds. My doc switched me to generic and now I don't have to deal with them ever again and pay half the price with my insurance. They definitely provide an essential service if your doc insists on brand Synthroid, but the customer support and cheapest standard shipping ever leave much to be desired. Calling tomorrow to delete my account. I am grateful, but honestly, if you can go generic through your insurance, do that instead. My new administrator is fast, has 24/7 pharmacy support, and I can always track my meds. What a concept. read more

Very poor service. it's been weeks since my prescription has not been filled for a medication that I need to take daily. A pharmacist is never available for consultation as required by law. The customer service is useless as well and has no direct line to the pharmacy either. They are limited by only being able to send emails or chats to which the pharmacy never responds. read more

I am quite disappointed with my most recent interaction with Eagle Pharmacy. Initially called for refill on 12/16/25. To be fair, I had no refills but this is how the process works. At Eagle's (automated assistant's) suggestion, I also contacted my doctor's office to notify them that I had started the process. Fortunately, I was able to speak to a nurse in my doc's ofc. and they moved swiftly! Within a 1/2 hour of speaking to the nurse, I received notification through text, email and automated call that they had made the refill request to Eagle. When I started this process, I had plenty of medication on hand. I made allowances for the holiday/ mail, etc. Someone at Eagle dropped the ball in a big way. It doesn't take this long to fill a prescription. (I was a nationally certified pharmacy tech for years and worked in a pharmacy, so I have a little knowledge of the whole process.) I called Eagle to check the status of my prescription on Sun. 12/28/25 and the automated msg said that is was in review and would ship within 24-48 hours. Fast forward a week to Sat. 01/03/26 when I called the automated msg was the exact same as on 12/28. Now, I'm starting to worry! I tried calling several times on Mon. 01/05/26 and had trouble getting through. I called this evening to find they have finally shipped my order on Wed. 01/07/26. This order should have been filled before Christmas or at the very latest between Christmas and New Year's. It doesn't take 14 days (to receive a valid prescription and check it before it goes out the door - no pill counting necessary - just grab the correct bottle off the shelf.) That's being generous. It's actually taken 22 days (including weekends and holidays) to go through the process of filling and to the point of shipping. Now, I'll be waiting another 5-7 days (fingers crossed) to get it in the mail. Eagle, you can and should do better. read more

Get it together Eagle Pharmacy! The last two times I have used the patient portal to refill my Synthroid prescription I have chosen standard shipping only to be charged for expedited shipping when the charge actually goes through. I didn't select expedited shipping, nor do I want it! Quit stealing my money!!!! I just spent 43 minutes on the phone trying to resolve the issue, so far to no avail. Apparently calling two minutes after the order is placed and the credit card is charged is too late to change the order or fix it because it is too far into the fulfillment process. That is complete BS! Automated refills don't work and the patient portal doesn't work. Please get folks on your tech team who know what they are doing, and require them to test the system by making actual transactions. That is the only way they will figure it out. Abbvie, please note that Eagle Pharmacy is giving your amazing product a black eye! This customer would prefer to have a choice for fulfillment through your Synthroid Delivers Program. They are incredibly hard to get a hold of if you have a question or concerns. I needed to refill a new prescription. Their site, however, has been down with a "500 error", so there has been no way of ordering online or checking the status of anything. I was then forced to call, in which I tried 14 times, on hold many times, only to have the call drop every single time. After several hours of calling and holding, and not speaking to any actual live person, I had to hang up. I had to Google an email address, because it is not readily available on the site. I've since sent an email with hopes an actual human will respond. I really need my medication and to check the status of the order I was forced to place with an auto bot. read more

Eagle has been my pharmacy for specific online order med. They get the order right but I have had issues with auto orders while I am not on autorenewal. First, I want to say how much I appreciate the reduce price for my medication. As a senior citizen I truly appreciate it. But, my major problem is with your customer service. As many of your customers have indicated in their reviews it is impossible to get in contact with you! I just spend over an hour, with no success trying to provide you with updated information on my physician. Trying to set up an account with your company is very difficult. One cannot put in their date of birth. Which is require. So a customer is forced to contact you by phone. Also no where on your invoice is an email address. My problem today was once I transferred to customer service the line was busy. I tried numerous times. If your company is trying to help patient to receive their medication at a reduced cost, how can you possibly believe you are helping with this type of customer service? read more

Ordered, received confirmation they got prescription in July, couldn't fill because had just recently refilled, 90 day. Told call back 10 days prior to running out. Have been trying to get meds approximately 5 weeks, now have been out of thyroid meds over 3.5 weeks. The incompetency of this company has been amazing. Then today, got another email message saying my payment information was needed. Had the same experience the last time I went through the process. I have been getting my Synthroid from this company for years now because it's the least expensive place I can find it. I can't take the generic and Synthroid is very expensive. I think I've had problems with just about every single order I've gotten from them. When it was on automatic refills, they would send it way in advance of when it was needed so I took it off automatic refills. My latest experience with them was a few days ago where I called and was on hold for over 45 minutes, listening to the obnoxious "your call is important to us" message that popped up every 15 seconds. I know, because I timed it, and it got to be like fingernails on a blackboard after a while. When the lady picked up, I think her name was Joanne, she was rude. I was trying to sign in on their website and it said I needed a username, but I have signed up in the past with my email and password. She kept telling me I was wrong and that I could never have logged in that way, so she really doesn't know what she's talking about because I have. Then I told her I needed to give her new billing information, which I did. All she did was put in the new card number but left the one that we don't use anymore as the default, so today I got an email asking me to call to give them new payment information. So not only was she rude, she was incompetent. I am completely uninterested in waiting on hold with them again because I've had times where it was worse than 45 minutes. I think at this point if I could give them zero stars, I would, and I think I will be looking around to see if there are any other compounding pharmacies that can supply synthroid because I've so had it with this company. read more

I wanted to say that the call wait was 43 minutes. However, when the representative answered she very politely apologized for the wait and promptly solved my refill issue. Ms. Kaitlyn was fantastic and researched where the delay happened after my refill left their pharmacy and it turns out that the USPS was backed up due to severe storms that went through the area. read more

A couple of months ago, one of my specialists shared with me the opportunity to save on my daily meds. through a partnership between the manufacturer and this pharmacy. Since my health insurance only covers the generic and not the brand, and my doctor has always recommended I take the brand only, I enrolled in the mail-order program. You have no idea how much stress this has removed from my life in not having to deal with the local pharmacies. It's like comparing rotten apples to plump juicy ones. It has been a seamless experience from Day One! I am saving 50% on one medication alone. At first I refilled online and the following month selected the auto-refill feature for a 30-day supply, but you can choose other quantities. I really like the e-mail reminders that my refill is coming up, and that I can track my orders all the way to the delivery. I am highly satisfied with the service and recommend them. read more

I was not notified that a needed an updated prescription on my synthyroid and am almost out. I can't sign in on the website, when I try it says error 404. When I finally get past the computer that answers the phone, I get a busy signal. When I did get thru once I was on hold for 16 minutes and then gave up. The first time I used this pharmacy, everything went perfectly, without a hitch. My doctor called in my order, I created an account online, and filled my prescription, plus the 2 refills, all at the same time. It was all shipped to me within a week. Fast forward 3 months, and I needed a new prescription. My doctor calls it in, I go online, fill my prescription, plus the 1 one refill. I go online a couple days later to see if it has shipped, and lo and behold, that order has been cancelled, and they are still pending filling the original script. Um.. no. So, I call, and as others have said, it is torturous what you go through to actually speak with a person. I finally got through to April, who was actually a superstar. She managed to get my order re-done, mentioned she recognized how important this medicine was, and that I should have it within a couple days, since I'm so close to the actual pharmacy. Meanwhile, the medicine has STILL not arrived, and the anticipated arrival date is actually 2 WEEKS from when I originally ordered the medicine. Long story short - you need to check online every day after you order something to make sure they haven't canceled it due to a reason only known by them, as well as ordering any medications needed at least 2 weeks in advance. read more
