Bowling Machines kept messing up, food was okay but not worth the price. Nice lady at checkout though made it alright.

Pinstack was really fun today! way better than Main Event. Has a great rope course bumper car rink…read moreand laser tag room/place along with rock climbing. ( it was always a long line and kids liked to hog to rope course so no one could get on it took 45 minutes to get on for 15 minute's )Games were fun but game card was a tiny bit expensive. Only down side was the food. I was waiting for a shake or so called a "stacked shake" never got it because they kept telling me to come back. at first it was 10 then 30-45 waited still wasn't ready and they put a note at the register to wait 30-45 and left it for a good 2 hours. I saw them making shakes so I went to get one then the said they were out. Not worth the time at all. Other than that it was a great time at Pinstack!

This changed my overall impression of the experience, and I'm willing to come back and give it another try. As a business owner myself, I understand that things can happen. This place has bowling, drinks and food! The food is from the bar Nextdoor, The General Public. I…read morereally liked their ginger spritz. It featured ginger beer, lemon juice, and yuzu syrup. It was delightful! You could really taste the yuzu. They added a mint leaf for garnish too. The food included a caesar salad, bread and pistachio crisp, and this super yummy spinach artichoke dip. The dip was my favorite! The baristas were very friendly! There are complimentary socks if you need them to bowl.

Save your money - do not order the pizza! The staff offered to try to bring the whole pizza that the slice came from (a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza). I agreed because paying 1/3 of the cost of a whole pizza for just a slice didn't make sense to me and it wasn't what I ordered. Once the whole pizza came out, I tried a slice and it was bad. The cheese was waxy and flavorless. That's when I regretted not agreeing to just a slice and only paying $7.50. That being said, they offer a large soft pretzel which is a good option, however I'm not a fan of the cheese sauce that comes with it (and I love cheese). The building is great for bowling, which is $32 an hour and shoe rental is $6 per person for VERY worn down shoes/laces. A party of 4 will pay $25 and change for shoe rental that was uncomfortable for two out of the four of us. I would recommend bringing your own bowling shoes. Lastly, we were celebrating my daughter's birthday on this visit and learned they don't do anything special for birthdays. We will definitely try somewhere else for a future celebration.

We celebrated a Friendsgiving at PINSTACK and chose to rent a VIP bowling lane, which worked out…read moreperfectly for our group. The added privacy and dedicated server were well worth the extra cost. The food was excellent, and we were having such a great time that I didn't even get a chance to take photos. We ordered a variety of items, starting with the large pepperoni pizza--easily some of the best pepperoni pizza I've had. We also tried a smaller vegetable pizza; the crust on that one was a bit thicker than I prefer, but it still had great flavor. I opted for the blue cheese burger, which was absolutely delicious, and the fries were outstanding. My strawberry lemonade was a bit on the sweet side, but still enjoyable, and everyone really liked their beer on tap. One minor inconvenience was trying to load money onto a game card. The kiosk was out of cards, and I wasn't aware that I needed to go to the bowling desk. I waited about 15 minutes at the front for assistance before learning this, so just a heads-up--if you run into any issues, head straight to the bowling desk. Overall, we had a fantastic time playing games and enjoying the atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Pinstack…read more I planned my wife's birthday here for a Tuesday and had 10 people coming, only to find out they were closed for a private corporate event. The biggest issue? There was absolutely no notice on the website. Nothing. No banner, no alert, no heads-up when checking hours. That's not a small oversight--that's a major failure in communication. When people are planning events, especially something as important as a birthday, they rely on accurate information online. When I asked about it, I was told "corporate controls that." That's honestly not a good excuse. If corporate has control, then corporate should also be responsible enough to ensure closures like this are clearly communicated to customers. This isn't complicated--it's basic customer service. Because of this, I had to scramble last minute to find another place for my wife's birthday, which completely changed the experience we had planned. Pinstack markets itself as a fun, organized entertainment venue--but this situation felt unprofessional and careless. You can't run a business like this and expect customers to just accept it. At the very least, update your website or post alerts when you're closed for private events. It's the bare minimum.
