Called them and had to wait week for appt. for dryer, older gentleman came out told me I needed part but had to wait almost 3 wks to have fixed. Then when he did get here he was rude . Told me I wasn't cleaning lint vent which I do every load. Needed vacuumed cos he couldn't use dustpan due to breathing issues so I got him vacume with nozzle to use. Then Dryer tool so he could clean inside before he put back together. I also had to go purchase adaptor in order to have both washer and dryer plugged in like they were before. Will never use them again. read more

The guy came to fix my dishwasher and had really dirty work boots on. We had just did our floors and cleaned rugs so I asked him if he had booties or if he could take of his shoes. He said absolutely not they don't do that for slip hazard reasons. They make no skid booties. If you want filthy workers. This is the place. He was rude said no I will not and stomped off. I calked the office later and the receptionist said same thing. They won't do for slip safety. They make non skid slip on booties for over workers shoes for that reason. I even had some in my garage. Most companies are using these. Find one cares about your things. read more

Just got done dealing with the repair guy from eagle head. Set an appointment for a certain day to have my appliance worked on. They called back and rescheduled the appointment because they did not have the parts..... when rescheduling I made it clear that I would be there to let the repair man in to do the repairs but would need to leave to get my kids from school. I was told this would be ok. The gentleman arrived and was let into my home and immediately said that he was unsure if he had the right parts. I spoke up and said that phots of the part were sent to the person whom made the appointment. He left and went to his vehicle. I proceeded to go to my vehicle and load my kids to get my other kids from school. He said I had to be there in order for them to work on my fridge. I said well when I told them they could come that I would need to get my kids he said well I don't have the proper tools..... he proceeded to gather his things and leave. He was on the phone when he left. I received a call about 5 minutes after he left calling me a liar that I did not request to leave and how dare I lie. I proceeded to tell him he was not welcome back at my home and he stated he would not be back that I would need to find some one else to repair my fridge. Very poor attitude from the beginning and to call me back and call me a liar is very unprofessional. I will be contacting the manufacturer of my product to express my dismay with who they chose to send to my house for repair. BEWARE!!! read more

November 7, 2018 In fall 2016 we replaced our 30-year-old refrigerator with a new energy-efficient LG model with top performance ratings. All was well for eighteen months, but on May 9, 2018, food in the freezer compartment started to thaw. LG asked us to contact their local authorized service representative Eagle Head Enterprises. Eagle came on May 14 and diagnosed compressor failure. Parts were ordered and installation was scheduled for nine days later. On installation day, May 22, Eagle Head did not show up, call, or answer the phone. The following morning they rescheduled for eight days after that. On May 29 Eagle repairman number two arrived. After forty minutes, he told me he couldn't fix the unit, that it would be dangerous, a liability. He said he doesn't call LG, that I should call to see what to do next. I called LG, but they said of course that they had to talk to Eagle. After some confusion, they plugged me into their second representative which was an hour away in Bloomington. Those guys were able to replace the compressor. However, we had three weeks without a fridge waiting on Eagle Head Enterprises. read more

We first met Eagle Head's Tech-Steve, through our American Home Shield contract. Steve is not only an amazingly professional and knowledgeable tech, but is reliable and conscientious. We parted ways with AHS, but still call Eagle Head for any maintenance issues that pop up, and always request Eagle Head from our new Home maint. Service. Thank you Bonnie, Mark & Steve for your excellent care and expertise! read more

AVOID AT ALL COST! This repair company was recommended where I bought my appliances. When called out to repair a dishwasher, after 4 visits and over $500 of repair, the 6 year old dishwasher is still not working. The shop owner now insists I should have replaced it instead of repair, and has pocketed the $500! read more

I have been using these guys for a long time and I've had nothing but excellent. Very honest individuals whom do a very diligent job. I would highly recommend them, you won't regret it. read more

Some of the reviewers are not being completely frank in their reviews. Eagle Head charges a set fee for labor, now $110. If fairly extensive work is needed, it's still $110 + parts. I don't know of any other repair business that does this- usually it's more like $80 per hour + parts. And for Pete's sake, they are a 3-person operation, including office, so, yes, scheduling can take a day or 2 or 3 if really busy. We've had nothing but good service and honest opinions about what we should do - repair or replace- in the past 15 years. read more

We were on the hunt for a reputable repair man to service our 4-year old washing machine. Mark from Eagle Head was not only rude on the phone, but his language was intolerable. Would stongly suggest avoiding this establishment at all costs, unless you would enjoy a crash-course in condescension. read more

Called three times this week and never responded. I give up. Give these guys a pass because they won't respond.

I've used this company for years; their service isn't what I've had in the past. Now they are slow to return calls (2 hours today). It took 3 days to get a repairperson here to work around my work schedule (they required a 2-hour repair window). It was not necessarily the repairperson's fault that my dryer malfunction would'nt repeat for him to diagnose the problem. But I was charged $95 for him to NOT fix the problem... the same problem recurred the very next day! Needless to say, my trust for this company was gone so I've lost $95. They don't take charge cards, leaving me the $25 stop-payment fee if I choose to dispute this; with my credit card, I can protest without cost. I called A to Z Appliance repair: they have evening and week-end hours AND their diagnosis charge is $39-$49; they were able to come on Saturday! This repairperson immediately showed me the problem; it was so easy to see even I understood. So I'm grateful to Eagle Head for this unacceptable customer service.....I found a better, cheaper repair company! read more
