Three King came out as the technician for the home warranty I negotiated for while buying a house after the first guy wouldn't come out. I had heard horror stories about home warranties, but the seller paid for it so if it didn't pan out I wasn't out anything. My furnace went out on New Years Eve, 2015. I was told by my warranty company they'd send someone. After waiting I called the technician, and he said he wouldn't be able to see me until Monday, four days away. I called and asked for another technician that could see me in a timely manner. Three King made it out there that night after being assigned my claim. After diagnosing the problem, Tim the technician told me he would acquire the part and install it as soon as the parts supplier was open. He was there the morning on the first business day he could get the part, and installed it promptly. Now my furnace works. Three King put in the effort when another company was too lazy. Our ac unit was getting close to 26 years old and three kings came out and let us know exactly what was wrong and when we changed the game on them and asked them just to replace the unit instead of repair they went along with it and installed the next morning! My air conditioning went out on the Sunday before a long week of 100+ heat indexes. Three Kings came the next afternoon, assessed the problem and ordered a part. They came back the next day and realized the part wasn't 100% fixing the problem. The service technician drove 90 minutes round trip to get what he needed and worked on my A/C until it was up and running at 9:30 that night. This is the second time Three King has been to my house to check on problems with my 24 year old furnace. I couldn't believe it -- this time the furnace stopped working at 2:30 a.m. on New Year's Eve, 2017. It was minus 23 degrees. I had to use my shabby electric back up heaters in the basement just to keep pipes from freezing. It was a crisis. Tim answered his phone on New Year's Day and came out that evening and fixed the problem. He is beyond awesome, and my 74 year old husband and I probably owe him our lives. Our old furnace gave out last night and I was very worried over the prospect of having to shell out thousands of dollars to replace it. I called Three King and they were able to set up a convenient time to see what the problem was. A short time later i had wonderful warm air flowing again and it didn't require a full replacement. Excellent customer focused service that was not about trying to push expensive and unnecessary gadgets. Just the straight repair at a very good price. Great service at a great price and much appreciated flexibility with my schedule, even when I didn't ask for it! I spoke with a technician on Monday morning, he suggested a window of 2 to 4, I said I could make it work, that I could get the time off work. He asked me when I got home, I said 5 and he came by then instead! A power module on my AC unit had gone bad, he was able to go and get the part and return to replace it very quickly, my AC was back on for the evening! Prompt, honest, efficient service at a reasonable price. Our furnace conked out sometime during the night and we woke up freezing. I called and left a message for Three King at 6:57 am. They called me back one minute later and said they could come over within the next couple of hours. My experience with three king heating and air was fantastic! He fit in the day before our appointment which was scheduled for the coldest day the Midwest has seen in YEARS (-40 degrees!!!!). He detected the problem immediately, went out bought the part, and installed it all within about an hour. The motor in my gas furnace became dead at night when it was windy, snowy and -15 degrees outside. Tim responded very quickly, replaced that dead motor and drained out clogged water in vent in the next morning. It totally exceeded my expectation.
