I have a membership I came by on my lunch break to get a spray tan for an event I have tomorrow and a girl walked in behind me. The girl at the counter never asked what I wanted to do or anything she just asked me to step aside so she could get the girl that was behind me. It was obvious she knew her on a personal level. She asked the girl what she would like to do she responded with she wanted a spray tan. There's only one spray tan booth. Finally someone got to me and asked what I wanted to do and I said a spray tan and I asked if there was more than one booth the girl behind the counter said no and that I would have to wait for the girl they let go in front of me to get done before I could even get in. Being that I drove 10 mins across town and was on my lunch break I knew I would not have time for that so I said no I am on my lunch break and won't have time to wait on someone who was behind me. Needless to say I will not be renewing my membership here I will take my money elsewhere I called corporate and let them know the situation and I hope they can get to the bottom of the absol unprofessionalism

Long layers, trim shaped into a subtle "v", and side swept bangs. Unfortunately, I have this unmanageable widows peak so cutting the bangs became a little bit of a struggle. Instead of getting scissor happy and chopping it all away, she went to the owner and asked for some advice. Kudos to you girl!! I would've been one pissed off customer otherwise lol!! The owner showed her what to do and then cut it herself. My stylist went in afterwards and trimmed it up. Overall, I am very happy with the service here and highly recommend to everyone! They are always pleasant (even when customers are not) and greet everyone that enters. They go above and beyond. After needing a brace and crutches, the staff consistently watched for me so they could hold the door and asked if I needed anything for the room. First of all I hate places that judge you for your appearance, Second of all why pay almost the…read moresame amount of money for this place as the gym that is in walking distance, third of all I do not care to pay 50+ plus dollars for what the lady behind the counter said it was their mediocre tanning lotions. The story behind this: I walked into this tanning place location in my way to the gym ( which includes tanning). I was looking for a hemp tanning lotion, since I find them to be the best tanning lotions I have encounter so far , next to the one I just found "bronzology" which smells fantastic by the way and does an excellent job. Well, I do not dress in design clothes to be sweaty, so I walk in here and the lady behind the counter immediately assumed what is in my budget or not. Well, a $120 lotion might be something I could consider buying if I didn't know I can get much cheaper and better quality products out there. Then she said "well you can buy our "mediocre" lotions ( she really said mediocre) because they might be more in your price range", without me saying anything about what I can or cannot afford. Either way her mediocre lotions were still 50+ dollars. In my mind I wonder why I am paying 50+ dollars for a mediocre product? Then I finally inquire about their tanning rates which I find ridiculous because their regular beds are the same price a month as the gym which is less than 50 feet away ,and you get a gym with the tanning bed. So in conclusion, if you like snooty, over priced, and mediocre tanning lotions I would totally recommend this place, and at the end they didn't even had what I was looking for.
