I go there almost every day and they do everything to make you feel very special. I love going there because I come out of there feeling like a new person and their products are excellent. Just moved here from another state. I have been going to Palm Beach Tan for a few months now. The staff is kind and welcoming every time, I go in. They were transparent about the costs and fees when I first signed up with them. As well as doing a great job explaining how all of their beds and spray training worked. Have never been treated with such horrible service before. I came in on a Thursday with my sister and her friend as we were in town for my sister's wedding. We just wanted spray tans and Samantha greeted us with a look of disgust and was very unfriendly as she told us to sit and wait. About 10 minutes later she finally decided to look at us and with a lot of attitude asked if we were members. We were not, we just happened to be in town and wanted a spray. She was so nasty telling us all of the work she would have to do to put us in the system and told us we would have to wait over 30 minutes before she could get us started. We said no thanks and found another salon. If you are looking for a spray in town I would go to Carolina Tan down the road. So much nicer! read more

Before heading out to a cruise with my in-laws, and coming from Connecticut I stopped in the day before we departed to Florida to head out. Using the Yelp app I got a free spray tan so I decided to try the spot out! Jacob up was beyond friendly pointed me in the right directions in terms of scents and tan levels- if I lived in the area I would be a regular for sure. Worst experience!!!!! Me and two friends went here to get spray tans in preparation for my girlfriends wedding!! But didn't even get them because the woman behind the counter, Samantha, was so horrible to us. We walked in and there were a couple of people waiting. She didn't greet us she just immediately asked us if we had memberships. We said no, we just needed spray tans. She rolled her eyes, and looked us up and down so rudely and told us she'd have to put us in the computer and that it'd be at least a thirty minute wait. We would've been absolutely fine waiting. However, Samantha clearly did NOT want our business. I've never experienced someone so rude in customer service. Do yourself a favor and go on down the road to Carolina Tanning! Last week I had gone to tan & it wasn't very pleasurable because of the renovations being done inside the building. I did make a complaint; apparently the contact information I had listed was incorrect because Kaetlyn tried contacting me immediately. I walk into WPB with a girl friend wanting to get a spray tan on New Years Eve, we approach the assistant manager, I believe to be named Sam, at the front desk. We inquire about getting spray tans, she takes an exasperated exhale, rubs her temples, and tells us it will take about an hour to "process us" and that they close in 45 minutes. She slams the information down in front of us, and fails to explain anything to us. We understand that we are NOT welcome and leave. I admire her ability to wear her heart on her sleeve, but the immaturity and unprofessionalism makes for a very unhappy customer. Oh my goodness, where do I begin? I moved here from Texas where I had had a less than great experience with Palm Beach Tan. I was very hesitant to go into the one here. Until I spoke with Nikki. She identified herself as the manager, and was upbeat, positive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The shop was clean, bright, and clearly very well organized. The tanning beds are fine however the staff is horrible. Every time I go, I have to wait about 5-10 minutes just for someone to come out from the back and assist me. They also are very unfriendly and seem like they could care less about their job. The other day, there was a group of us waiting outside, only about 5 minute before they opened. The girls in there saw us, did not acknowledge us, and waited until 1:00 pm on the dot to open. When the time came, the girl just unlocked the door and walked away, did not even open it to greet us or tell us to come in. Horrible costumer service. I will not be returning. read more

i've been a member for a few years. that being said, there has been plenty of staff coming and going. i believe I've been around for four store managers, and plenty off assistant managers and associates. they seem friendly for the most part. the last store manager and current however have been irritable. the guy manager now just pushes products every visit. i understand you get commission but when i buy a product the visit before from another associate and he tries to get me to get more, that is too much for me. i love the two newest beds for diamond. i always wondered why there was only bed for us to begin with. other than that it is a great location, easy to access, excellent store hours. if the staff just eased up on the promoting products it would make the experience 5 star, but until then it will stay at four. just remember not all of us are wealthy and tanning is a privilege i have to decide if i want every month and new products every month is a lot when i still have left over from the previous month read more
