Less than a year later, March 2026 we are having hot weather and the air stops working, the 'new' coil has froze up again. Called them to fix it thinking that they should have guaranteed their work from 9 months ago. They came out 4 hrs after they said they were on their way. Once again they said we had a small Freon leak and fixed it...again. They leave and we are thinking all is good. 5 days later we receive a bill, in an email, for $410 to once again fix the 'small' Freon leak that they had 'fixed' 9 months before. I will NEVER use this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Now Giuseppe is responding with excuses, as usual, as to why there is a problem with their service. First off, he tries to say that this was an old unit. Not true! The inside unit is 15 years old and the outside unit is 15 years old. Both installed new when we purchased the house. He has no idea how old our units are as he has NEVER been to our house. They replaced the coil 9 months ago, because of a leak, according to him, yet 9 months later this NEW coil has a leak. Hmmmm, maybe he installed an OLD unit and charged us $1900.00 for it. If you notice the response that he has for other negative reviews, it is always an excuse and someone else's problem.
