When you first arrive, you'll have a variety of packages to select from to make your car shine. You can also, do various add-ons to make your vehicle shine even more. After your ride thru the auto wash, there are many vacuums to use and clean the inside of your ride. Best thing about that is, they are FREE. In this day and age, we rarely get anything free, so take advantage and get that debris off the floor. The packages are priced reasonably and they have a club membership you can join, too. The prices are so reasonable, that at times I just get the cheapest one when my car just looks a little dusty. They even have plenty of room where you can pull all the way up in back and dry your car off, this place was made and designed to be self service, you go to some and you have no where to dry your car off, because they want you to leave the property. I believe the parent company is in Alton, IL and they service all the way here in Florrisant, MO They vacuum cleaners, foaming brush, spot free rinse, and wax, tire cleaner, engine cleaner and of course your high pressure soap and rinse and even a presoak. The price is $1.75 and you get 4 minutes too. This is the only place I hand wash my car and do it myself. Sometimes there is even a guy that will dry it off for you for some extra cash, but I need all the exercise I can get.

I used the touchless wash in Bethalto, IL paying for the $18 deluxe wash. I wanted to get most the salt off from this last snow. Instead, my truck got damaged, and the spray arm was hitting the side of my truck all the way down to the end. I initially thought the whole side of my truck got damaged while it was happening, but thank God it didn't. The only damage I saw was the 3 scratches on the side mirror cover. The fold in mirrors sign is on top of the paying machine so if you're not careful you'll miss it like I did while paying for your wash. There is no fold in mirrors sign near the entrance which I suggested they put one there. To top it off the wash didn't finish, I left with damage and salt still on the truck which I had to wash it the next day at a different place. After calling the owner I told him I didn't expect anything from him but a refund, he offered a couple free washes, but I had not planned on going back. I didn't want the free washes, I just figured at least they could do is refund me, but he refused the refund. That's when he cut me off and said I have to go and hung up. My opinion is that full size trucks should not go into the touchless wash, so enter at your own risk. Needless to say, I will never go back again.

The scratches were so deep they were unable to buff them out. When talking to the "manager", he suggested I had cat prints on my car when driving into the car wash that he thought that might be the reason for the scratches. I have asked multiple times to speak with someone else and have been denied the ability to escalated the issue. This has been such a horrible experience.
