When you first arrive, you'll have a variety of packages to select from to make your car shine. You can also, do various add-ons to make your vehicle shine even more. After your ride thru the auto wash, there are many vacuums to use and clean the inside of your ride. Best thing about that is, they are FREE. In this day and age, we rarely get anything free, so take advantage and get that debris off the floor. The packages are priced reasonably and they have a club membership you can join, too. The prices are so reasonable, that at times I just get the cheapest one when my car just looks a little dusty. If you need to give your car a bath, drive to the Gorilla and take a ride thru their auto wash.

I paid the $11.00 fee for the BEST wash available that was supposed to DOUBLE WASH my Colorado Pick-up truck and CLEAN THE TIRES! WELL, not only did the tires NOT get cleaned, neither did the TRUCK!!! NOT only that but there was soap left on the truck as the information lights told me to PULL FORWARD......to EXIT the car wash! I had to stop at a self service car wash on my way home, just east of Highland, IL to wash the soap and DIRT off the TRUCK I HAD JUST PAID $11.00 to have SUPER DELUX WASHED, INCLUDING TIRES!! What a joke!!! I suppose if everyone is as disappointed with their results you will NOT be in business long enough to even receive this REVIEW!!!! Once in the wash, the machine cracked our windshield - there was zero damage prior. Upon exiting, we stopped and showed the employees the damage. They had us submit a claim form and said they'd get back to us. Fast forward, they sent an email stating they weren't liable and went into a diatribe about how this is how "tempered glass works" (Windshields aren't made of tempered glass, they are laminated glass). When I pushed back and told them I expected them to fix it or pay our deductible they refused.I contacted my insurance company and they said that the deductible is $250 and it could potentially raise our insurance rates if I file a claim. They refuse to take responsibility. I have contacted the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and will make sure to tell everyone to NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR VEHICLE TO ECLIPSE CAR WASH OR ANY OTHER CAR WASH THEY OWN (they own many). Up until today, I would have given this shop a 5. Never again will I take any of our vehicles here…read more First off, I paid $212 last week for the turbo gasket and cam shaft cover for a 2014 Chevy Cruze, only later to find out this was covered under the power train warranty! My fault for trusting them and not calling the dealer first. I was told if the engine light comes back on, that means the turbo is out and I need to take it to the dealer. Engine light came back on 2 days later, I called the dealer, made an appointment. On the 3rd day, the car started leaking oil. I called Lou and asked him specifically, did he do anything to the car that would have caused an oil leak. He said NO. I told him I had an appointment at the dealership and would have them look into. Very next day realize that nearly ALL THE OIL had drained from the engine. Not just drained but exploded like a volcano under the hood. First thought, blown head gasket. Dealer has the car for a day....conclusion - the part I paid for wasn't installed properly, bolts were not tightened on top of the engine and the Cam Shaft cover had to be replaced AGAIN! ! I went to the shop with my diagnostic from the dealer and was greeted with the most disrespectful attitude I've ever encountered. So likewise I displayed the same disrespect to Lou. Unbelievable! Just admit you made a mistake that nearly caused the engine to blow and refund my money. But instead I was told he wasn't listening to it and have a nice day. A basic fuck you, get out of my shop. Gladly! Never going back.NEVER referring anyone again. For $65 an hour, know what the fuck you are doing
