This will not stop, or prevent ongoing Complaints, new Complaints certain to be filed, or Actions pending against EA Restoration. If I could give 1 star I would. The lack of response, communication, commitment, and service is absolutely disgusting. This company is terrible... We hired them for work, which took months to complete with no follow up, I had to constantly call them. The work took 6mos. To complete, and then less than a year later my wood panels are opening on the flooring that they installed! I called 6mos ago to have them repair it since it's under warranty and they have still not repaired my flooring. I'll be contacting the better business bureau as well, this is ridiculous. read more

They were quick to come out for the original inspection and they took care of everything with our insurance company and did solid work in mitigating the damage. Never hire EA Restoration . I had a fire April 28 2020 . I was told I would be back in my home in November 2020 . I moved back in January 28th 2022 21 months after the fire and had to move 7 times related to lack of commitment to finish this job. I drove out to they're office twice to see if they were still in business. I have emailed and texted them numerus times over the almost 2 years with no response for months at a time . They have no commitment still are not finished 100% and they don't have the green tag from City of Phoenix. I can't get them to finish the job. Texted messaged and emails go un answered. I only used this company because my insurance adjuster said they were reliable. They did not complete the mold removal job, charged more than other companies which may be related to being an insurance claim, and verbally stated to me not once but twice that they would repair the drywall and floor. The estimate actually did not state this so I hired a reputable company to fix the walls and complete the job. Please learn a lesson from me, don't.believe your insurance adjuster when he refers you to "experts", do your homework and read the reviews on yelp, and learn to properly read estimates. During the process of selling our home, we discovered that a new roof was in order. We acquired several bids which came in mostly in the same ballpark. However, we chose EA largely because of sales person/project manager Jake. Jake scheduled the project, it started on time and ended right on schedule. During the process, Jake was constantly involved. The crew did a great job; they really knew what they were doing and kept things about as tidy as you can when doing a project of this magnitude. (Side note: I'm glad the temps cooled off for the crew while doing this project!) We are very pleased with the outcome. Typically the only time I write reviews is when a company has done a great job! However, the service I received from EA Restoration deserves to be noted. The workers were conscientious and got the work done in a timely manner. When the sales rep came to my home he explained the process in detail from remediation to repair and working with the insurance company. He committed to me that when the remediation was complete I would not be left without a sink. Well, it was a Friday afternoon and I found myself without a working sink, looking for a plumber to put my kitchen back in some working order after the company owner, Cavin told me they do not do plumbing. Try and find a plumber on a Friday afternoon. This was not the only problem with EA Restoration. Everyone in management from the top-down seems to have forgotten that without the customer they do not have a business. Needless to say, they won't be doing the repair work on my kitchen. Check out the dates on their reviews. The current reviews seem to show that something has changed at EA Restoration. I suggest that you look for another company to do your work. read more

A few minutes later the owner called me back and set up an appointment for him to come out today to give me a quote. That's a plus in my book. That's what you look for with the kind of work they do. They know how to deal with insurance agents and home owners alike to make sure you get all the mold or whatever it is that they are eliminating from your house. Highly recommend them. I worked with EA Restoration twice this year and both experiences have been tremendously great. This past summer my hot water heater burst and flooded my home, and during the initial clean up I discovered that my house was full of asbestos. EA Restoration conducted the asbestos-related clean up issues. They were efficient and fast and their crew was meticulous when cleaning any mess that was made. The owners, Craig and Cavin, were incredibly thorough in their explanations of the work being done on my home, and they were both quick to respond to my voice messages, emails and texts.
