Enrolling the kids was a bit slow as there is only one employee at the registration and sales are done at the same counter. Plus everyone, including my self procrastinate. It's the only soccer league in town and has access to all the parks in the city. Four stars because a couple of the younger referees are not attentive with the plays and the league should have more control with parents or kids staying on the field while the games are on.

Worst Customer Service!…read more I am very disappointed with the way the manager runs the store. I stopped today 09/23/2025 about 12:10 PM to shop for trail shoes, I found a sketcher shoes that did not have a box, size 13, and marked as $44(Clearance). I went to the cashier, a friendly young black lady to pay for it, I had a coupon with me for 10% off even on clearance items, the friendly young cashier apparently is new and does not have much of experience in handling coupons, she asked the manager of the store about how to handle the transaction. The manager of the store told the cashier not to accept the coupon, I asked the manager for the reason of not accepting the coupon, and the manger told me that the coupon is not valid for clearance items! The coupon stated that clearance items get 10% off. I guess the manager of the store want to show the friendly young cashier that she is the one with the ego and her say is the final word. I am puzzled, all the cashier had to do was to ring the sale, and to scan the coupon to see if the computer will process the 10% off, it does not need a genius! I am very disappointed, the young cashier is not properly trained to execute a simple transaction, and a female manager that put her ego on top of everything instead of seeing what is best for the store, and that is to SELL, and what is best for customers and that is to BUY. Had my son with me and the whole process from picking to drilling to playing took only 45 minutes including self debate time of which ball was best for me. Sure I could have went with a fancy pre-owned ball but eventually I went with a new stock 13lb Brunswick Twist which is working out great. I wanted something light but had great visual reference as it went down the lane. I know nothing and own no equipment other than a ball I picked up that day, an old kids ball and the bag that came with it. However, it feels great to hold and throw game after game with little fatigue. Don't even know if it is drilled pin up or pin down and it works for me fine. Doesn't pull too hard right but definitely will hook hard at the end. Am I a better bowler now, heck no, but the ball is predictable and my scores have gone up over the last four games on different lanes. Matt did a wonderful job taking care of the science of it all and I couldn't be happier about the results.
