I signed up for one month trial for My son to try this batting cage. The girl on front desk asked…read moreme to put my card in file, so next time when we want to pay for another month they already have the card there. It turned out that they kept rolling and charged my card for another month without my permission. I think that's how they trick people on it. I called the manager and he said that he can cancel the membership but he's not gonna refund the money. And he apologized that the front desk girl didn't acknowledge us about the way they charge membership and I should read about their rules with little writing in the back of the card. I ended up have to dispute that transaction with my bank. I won't be back to this un honest business

I have a reoccurring practice set up for my rec ball team (2 lanes) for every Friday, for 13 weeks…read morein a row, this place make over a thousand bucks off of me a season. Plus, I've been a gold member for almost 2 years now, at $58 a month. I had another coach offer my team a last-minute scrimmage game, so I called DBats literally as soon as they opened to cancel just this one practice but wanted to keep all the others on schedule. The kid that answered the phone a crappy attitude, because it was within 24 cancelation period, and charged me for the lanes. Its only $64 bucks, but the principle of the situation is absolutely annoying. Considering how much money they make off of me a season and being a long-time gold member in good standing. I'm over it. I'm looking at other facilities in the area that are actually a better deal.

These three stars for the fields, everything else is expensive and not worth…read more Entry $8 , for what ? Preferred Parking: $10, why? Food $$, expensive food and very average quality 25% chairs are broken and no shade. As I mentioned early, the fields are good. The complex is famous for its scaled-down replicas of iconic Major League Baseball stadiums. For example, Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Dodger Stadium and Angel Stadium. Each field features real turf outfields and dirt infields, They also have dugouts and some cages around for practice. Overall good experience with hole in my wallet.

One of the reviewers 7 months ago complained about the $8 entry fee and $10 preferred parking fee…read more I don't know if all the facilities charge the same but we went to the BLD in Jurupa yesterday and the entry charge was $16. We paid $13 with the senior discount they gave us but that is still $5 more than the reviewer paid 7 months earlier. The preferred parking was $20 so basically the prices doubled from what they were 7 months before. One thing they should do is remove some of the preferred parking spots and repurpose them as additional disabled parking because there aren't enough disabled parking spots. I know there is a certain formula used to determine how many disabled spots a business or government entity must set aside per how many overall spots in the lot. That said adding some more tho not required would certainly have disabled people look at the company in a more positive light. We had to park near the main driveway entrance/exit then walk to the last field entrance to pay. From there we had to walk to the furthest field where our grandson was playing. My wife and I both use walkers and it was an especially difficult walk for me. Tho there would be no guarantee we'd find an empty added disabled spot there was a chance we would have. I understand it's all about the bottom line but companies need to think about the people who come to their facility and pay the money to enter and buy the food and drinks. If they didn't come those companies would go out of business.
