I had my horse trailer towed over to get repaired after a tree damaged the roof. After all the welding repair and paint job was done they brought my trailer to my home. To my surprise, they had taken all of the lights off of it, and just threw them in a box in the tack area. When I asked them to put my lights back on like they were before , the supervisor just argued with me and ignored my emails. Very unprofessional to even try to resolve this. I would never recommend this business to anyone as they do not stand by their work- even though he told me that they would.

We wanted an industrial look but we were worried about cost and just how I could accomplish this task. It wasn't until I drove past a work site and saw Mr. Payne installing this extremely long curved metal railing which looked custom. I felt bad disturbing them on the site, however even though they were in the middle of the project, he and his staff dropped what they were doing to grab me a business card. I emailed Mr. Payne that afternoon and had an almost instant response. I was able to explain to Mr. Payne my project and what I was trying to accomplish. Mr. Payne came to my house, took measurements and gave my wife and I a quote that we were happy with. I knew based on what I saw on the jobsite they were at; Mr. Payne was going to knock it out of the park. Knock it out of the park he did. Instead of making the railing in sections, he was able to make the entire railing one piece and we brought it through our double sliding door on the second floor. We wanted industrial and that's exactly what he gave us. The rail was polished right up to the welds and burn marks leaving that industrial look. We wanted raw, and he gave us raw but with a classy smooth polished look and feel. It was a great combination, it was perfect. To add to it all Mr. Payne crafted a partial handrailing to match for the lower portion of the 90-degree stair down below and the cherry was the small railing shaped like a triangle matching the rail spacing above for a small open section of the stair case nearest the ceiling and pillar. To finish it all off, Mr. Payne trimmed out the floor opening with 1" angle iron so I wouldn't have to use the matching stair nose floor trim. My wife and I were extremely happy and I couldn't wait to show family and my co-workers what an amazing job he did and how exciting it was to have such a piece of art in the home. It really is another stunning focal point within the home. I think a staircase can make or break it on looks and his finished product added that extra sparkle to our home. And......we don't have to worry about our children, as this railing is SECURED. Mr. Payne's craftsmanship is top notch. His attention to detail was spot on, and his measurements are perfect. His responses are punctual and he is very attentive to the customers' needs and wants. He includes you in the planning process and really gets the creative juices flowing making the entire experience enjoyable. I wish every contractor had Mr. Payne's dedication to customer service. We loved Superior Metal Fabrications so much, they have earned our business and we want to hire them for the other 3-4 projects we have to complete this year! When others ask where to go for their fabrication work, we know who we can feel comfortable recommending to them, who will take care of them. A wise man told me once, you vote with your wallet.
