They installed my geothermal heat pump, and they were the best in the region for that. Over the years, service started declining until one day, they sent out a tech who couldn't find the outside unit (geo doesn't have one), and then gave me a clean bill of health. Tried to sell me some unneeded services to address an issue I didn't have and then left quickly with error codes flashing on the unit. *Sigh*. I called the company, but no one from service called back, or credited back the bi-annual 'service' I received. They were once great, were bought out, and now are terrible. So, I will be taking my service needs elsewhere. *WOW!* Just read the other reviews- it seems like there is consensus!

From start to finish, Snug Air Heating and Cooling has been the most professional company I have…read moreever worked with. I have tried for 2 years to find a company to install a mini split system in my living room. Several larger companies told me that, it either couldn't be done, or that it couldn't be put where I needed it. Daniel came to assess the project. He took the time to check out all of the wiring, listened to my preferences, and checked atic and crawl spaces, something none of the other companies bothered to do. He told me that, indeed, the system could be put where and how I wanted it. He wrote an estimate giving me 2 choices of makes and models, both high quality manufacturers. He also informed me of an $800.00 rebate from TVA that i could receive and, after the work was completed, filled out the paperwork for me. Daniel and his co-worker came the following Saturday, exactly on time, to do the work. They moved furniture, spread down protective covering for the floor and wore coverings over their shoes when in the house. Because my home is upwards of 80 years old, the only way we could route to the electrical box was under the floor with very low crawl space. Daniel did this! They spent upwards of 9 hours getting the job done, It was beautiful inside and out when finished. He took the time to show me how to work the remote and stayed until I was comfortable with it. I have a 10 year warranty for the unit itself and Daniel gives a 2 year warranty on his workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend Snug Air and Daniel to anyone. I feel blessed to have found them!

He's knowledgeable, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. We felt taken care of from start to finish. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your home's comfort, call Daniel. Finding someone to do repairs is always tricky because you want fair pricing, great quality, and also people that will actually show up. For all 3 times my AC unit had issues I felt like I got the trifecta of what you want in a company. Everyone shows up, they communicate well, they explain what is going wrong, they get you on the schedule quickly, and so far no one has minded that I follow them around trying to learn more, watch what they are doing, and answering my questions. The cost is in line with what I've seen others pay online but the dependability of someone actually showing up, figuring out the issue, and being able to repair it is much better than experiences I have heard about from others. I hope to not need their services again for a long time, but I have confidence if I do need them that they'll show up and be able to help!

I can't recommend them enough and I can tell that they are a company that cares!

Would not recommend. I had a 3 ton AC unit installed. They replaced my old unit with a new one in…read morea different location that was convenient for them. This meant not putting the unit further back in the crawl space but right in the way of my crawl space entrance. This also meant installing a new pad that sits beside my already large and accommodating pad for the units, which also blocks a sprinkler head. The pump/drain installed was put right next to the house so water would drain between the foundation of my house and the pad. That also created a lot of algae buildup. I fixed this myself. Does the unit blow cold air, yes. Is this quality work? Not in the slightest. Despite this experience I called this company out to have my air ducts looked at for potential cleaning. A recommendation was made to have my air ducts cleaned. The quote received referenced systems being cleaned. It was NOT clear when they first came out they would only be doing 1 of 2 systems. I learned this while the work was being done. I reached out to express my frustration that a $1200 duct cleaning was only for 1 of the 2 systems. I received a call back with the technician citing he only looked at one system. The technicians explanation and the quote did not make it clear that only 1 system would be cleaned. Strange too that the odor that triggered this duct cleaning was on the system they installed. I had no issues with the original system that was there for 13 years. I will not only NOT recommend this company, I'll go out of my way to warn others. There are plenty of companies looking to earn peoples business, and I'm glad to give it to them.

I do not like to get one opinion so I called our normal company. They came right out, found the leak without $300 leak detection and said it would be $800 out the door. In addition he charged it and said it would last us a week and call if we needed him before then. I do give credit to Covenant for coming out but charging us 3 times as much was ridiculous.

Omni came in at roughly 25% of what the large outfits were charging, and the quality of work was absolutely top-shelf. Here's what stood out: Speed -- They completed the entire project in under a week. No dragging it out, no excuses. Professionalism -- Every interaction was courteous, communicative, and respectful of my home and my time. Integrity -- When some electrical work was outside their scope, they didn't try to wing it or upcharge me. They referred me to a qualified electrician. That kind of honesty is rare. Attention to detail -- They went beyond the core job and rebuilt my crawlspace doors with noticeable improvements. That's not something you ask for -- it's something a company does when they actually care about the finished product. This is the kind of contractor experience you wish every home project could be.
