I was hesitant at first but after working with them. I was very pleased. Thank you so much Brandon.

Great service. Easy to work with. I really enjoyed the collaboration with them. They were competitively priced and delivered in every way.

I just completed a transaction with this company. I can't speak highly enough about how they stayed on top of everything and were incredibly responsive. The price is right and the company is beyond professional. I will definitely be using them again. I was a little nervous at first because they are in NY and I am in VA, but it went seamlessly. Thanks so much to the folks at 1031Exchange! read more

I've completed more than seven 1031 exchanges using this company and have had smooth experiences every time. They're a qualified intermediary (QI) service -- meaning their job is to hold and transfer funds according to IRS rules, not to provide tax or investment advice. The fees are a fraction of what most full-service 1031 firms charge (roughly 1/4 to 1/8 of the cost), and that's because this is a budget, no-frills service designed for people who already understand how 1031 exchanges work. They process everything accurately and on time, and I've never had a compliance issue. Some reviewers seem disappointed that they didn't receive detailed explanations or tax guidance, but that's not what this type of service is meant to provide -- that's what your CPA or real estate attorney is for. If you're an experienced investor who knows the 1031 process and just needs a reliable third-party accommodator, this is an efficient and cost-effective choice. If you're doing your first exchange and want someone to walk you through every scenario, a more full-service (and much more expensive) intermediary might be a better fit. read more

This is a professional team that easily handled my 1031 exchange. This was my first 1031 exchange and I sought multiple quotes for intermediaries. Some of the quotes were literally 10x more! I thought, good gravy, how hard can it be? It turns out that it is quite a complex process, but these guys are experts. They do this sooo much that they make it seem routine. I was worried that because e1031xchange was so low priced that something might get messed up. In reality, these guys are good and do this frequently. A more expensive provider would likely have had much LESS experience and expertise. Go with e1031xchange and don't worry. It's handled. I'm using them again on a 2nd property in a month or two. read more

This is my first 1031 exchange. Daniel Mendoza has been wonderful. He has answered all of my questions. He has helped me with answers to questions that I did not even think to ask! Daniel has educated me though this process making it easier to understand. I highly recommend e1031xchange. read more

The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable, I had 3 deals with them and are very satisfied The pricing is super low and staffs are responsive read more

As a first time investor was looking for details on 1031 exchange. The person on the call became agitated and started shouting that this is the 3rd time I'm answering your question again and again. My questions for the 3 times were with different scenarios like how much goes into 1031, can we take out the downpay without taxes etc.. Did not feel they have the right frame of mind especially for a new investor. Do not waste time as they don't want to answer our questions patiently. read more

I have used e1031xchange multiple times and my experience is very good - not only they are one of the least expensive but also very responsive read more

Can you trust e1031xchange with 6-figure or 7-figure money you've saved and worked hard for? It can be bone-chilling to do business with a company that you've never worked with and it's located across the country. That's how my wife and I felt about this company. I Googled the name and saw a discussion from BiggerPockets (a real-estate investors community) in 2014. So, I know the company has been around for at least 9 years, so they're not the kind of people who will just run away with your money next week. How about their service? Based on my experience, they are great. To be clear, as one reviewer mentioned, they are NOT a high-tech company with a customer portal where you can track everything from your mobile phone without interacting with anybody else. However, e1031xchange is a customer-centric company. I called them many times and always talked to real and helpful people. This is my first time doing the 1031 exchange, so they explained the deadline and regulations to me. They sent out communication via emails to all parties with bullet points. I asked one of the mortgage officers about her experience working with e1031xchange, and she said this company is very organized. They will give you a personal call to confirm the wire information before sending any money. In my situation, when I allocated my money to purchase two new properties, I had some money left over. My personal 1031 case manager voluntarily took all the necessary steps to make sure I don't have any money left in the 1031 exchange escrow account. She contacted all the necessary parties to make the adjustment to the contract. That's what I call 5-stars customer service. read more

This is my first 1031 Exchange and I had no idea of the actual process. However, the entire team of 1031 Exchange including Tysha, Daniel and other team members were very patient and respond my questions and concerns very fast. No one can beat their $395 fee either. Couple other quotes I got were both over $1000! I strongly recommend e1031xChange. read more

That was my first 1031 exchange and like many other reviewers I was skeptical and to be honest not very comfortable to have a company holding my money like that. I was really impressed by the quality of the service. I have had mainly Brandon on the phone and email, he was super available and gave the right advises and made the process very smooth. I recommend this company, the service you get and the very affordable fee make a 5 stars, I will put more if it was possible. read more

I was completely unfamiliar with the 1031 exchange process and after calling around to local lawyers, I was quoted around $1500 for the qualified intermediary. I was a little skeptical with the low cost that e1031 was charging but I read a lot of positive reviews and decided to move forward. I am not easily pleased, but I was with this company! Their responses were immediate and always thorough. They would always confirm receipt and outline the next steps they worked directly with my lender and closing company, which made the process so much easier for me. they earned 5 stars!! read more

Thanks Daniel for explaining that my situation didn't make sense for a 1031 exchange, and without taking a dime. You were truly helpful!

This is a very effective company, highly effective and highly professional. Its fees are very competitive. I truly enjoyed working with its staff members and I highly recommend it to anyone with such a need. read more

Excellent, professional service, and the price is right! Lots of great attention to detail and great communication.

I used e1031xchange and assumed the "e" meant electronic and a high tech company. A 1031 intermediary should do 2 things well: handle the money and make sure you hit your 45 and 180 day timelines. They seemed to be fine on the money side, but they do not at all compete with companies that use technology to ensure you meet your timelines. Their process is a person that sends you one reminder email 2 weeks prior to your 45 days. No phone call, no text, no additional urgent reminder the day before. When I asked why they don't remind you of your timelines, they said it was because it's my responsibility, not theirs. They make their fee either way, so they are not motivated to help you succeed. I would pass on the couple hundred dollar savings, as it will cost you a lot of thousands if you miss those deadlines. read more

I performed my first 1031 exchange with "e1031xchange" and I am very satisfied with the low cost of the service and how thorough they were. Everything was done easily through docusign and email so it was easy to stay on top of the exchange even during the quarantine. I was very appreciative that they also went out of their way for the security of my private information as well. I will definitely be using them again in the future when I have another exchange. read more

The process of selling & buying a property is complex with moving parts and things do not go as planned. It was so nice to work with Tysha and Daniel. Very professional - able to answer my questions and I could completely rely on them for last minute changes. Great to work with and would highly recommend. read more

e1031xchange handled my transaction near seamlessly at a value no other 1031 exchange entity could even touch! Big thanks to the crew there! read more

When I first heard how cheaply e1031xchange would act as QI, my first suspicion was that it was a scam, since most companies wanted roughly double. Once I learned it wasn't a scam, I figured I would receive a reduced quality of service due to the lower fees, but that wasn't the case whatsoever. Tysha was my main point of contact, and her correspondence was quick, accurate, polite, positive, and professional throughout the process, even when I did something wrong. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her and this company. read more

We closed on a home yesterday using your 1031 exchange program. I couldn't be more impressed with you and your staff. All of you handled this transaction with the greatest of professionalism and care. The communication between me, my lender and the title company was timely and responsive. This was the first 1031 exchange my lender had done and he needed some guidance. All of you helped him and communicated the requirements in a very straightforward way. read more

I did a 1031 exchange 2 yrs ago with a different company that charged double over e1031xchange and yet were inefficient, unprofessional and i almost felt that they were hoping I wouldn't be able to do my exchange. So when I saw e1031xchange charged a lot less I was wary... but everything went smoothly and they were very professional and efficient! I was blown away! Highly recommend them! read more

I've been using e1031 for a couple years now. They're always very professional and gets it done. For the level of service (which is top notice) its priced well below competitors. But you're not giving up service or security. I've done over 10 transactions and never had an issue. They have excellent security protocols to protect your funds and verbally verify every wire going in or out. Would recommend for anyone interested in doing a 1031 Exchange. read more

I needed Qualified Intermediary service and got a couple of quotes locally. Then I did a search in the internet and found Jerry's company 1031 Exchange Manager. They promised to do this service for a HALF! I liked the idea, but was somewhat uneasy to trust with such serious financial transaction remotely. Well, they surely delivered! Daniel, Tysha, Jerry worked like a clock and proved my original apprehension of doing business remotely completely unfounded! I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, responsiveness, clarity of communication and crisp process! Everything was exactly as it was described when I originally called to inquire about the service. No hidden fees, no surprises, no delays -- just exemplarily quick, professional, responsive service. Also, when Daniel brought up some decision point, which I did not completely understood the implications for, he took the time and talk me thru all the options and their consequences. So I really highly recommend this company! read more

Just completed my first 1031 exchange/ DST. Though a lot was going on because I was purchasing three properties I felt very confident that all the parties especially e1031 were doing what they were supposed to at the right time. Candidly, I thought it would be a simpler process but the QI sure does a lot of work ultimately. My calls and e-mails were addressed and responded to quickly, professionally but yet still with a human touch. Tysha Johnston A+ ! read more
