Caliber had been by far the best company we worked with: they listened to our needs, helped us refining it and only showed us apartments that matched the majority of our criteria AND budget (without telling us to compromise). Thanks to them we landed our cosy family nest on East 85th and have been enjoying our balcony and amazing skyline view since then.

Having spent those countless nights on street easy and browsing listing I came across a listing I fell in love with. I contacted Chezi Zarur(a.k.a SUPER AWESOME AGENT) and I was surprised at how fast he was when responding to my inquiry. Chezi was very informative and knew the city like the back of his hand. He asked my boyfriend and I what we were looking for, our price range and when we wanted to move. We met up and he explained everything to me, he said he can show me the listing I wanted and also had one in my mind which he said I would love even more. Hesitant I agreed to look at the other listings..I fell in love with the building and the layout of the one bedroom. He wasn't done yet and said before I make any decisions he wanted to show me a few more to make sure that was the apartment I wanted. Having the opportunity to work with and close on an apartment with Chezi has been so easy and quick. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I highly recommend dealing with him if you are looking to move in the City. I can guarantee that he's not like the rest of the Brokers in Manhattan who just want to make money off there clients and put them anywhere...he actually cares that you are making a good decision and looks for ways around brokers fees etc. Great Broker, Super nice and caring! Amazing experience. What are you waiting for, find your dream apartment!

Afik Azulay of Caliber Associates is the best real estate agent a New Yorker can ask for. He was so…read moreprofessional, energetic, and proactive, everything that I could expect and want in my real estate agent. During his years of experience, he amassed a great understanding of the New York city real estate market and is able to tell you every nuance about a particular neighborhood, building, and management company. He used that knowledge to find me the BEST apartment! As soon as we started working with him, he invited my fiance and I to his office to sit down and discuss our budget, neighborhoods for young couples like us, friendly people, and other criteria we wanted in the apartment. He quickly put together a list of rental options that were in our budget and were couple-friendly. Most importantly, he was able to show us apartments that weren't even publicly available yet, so we were the first to see them. After he showed us 2-3 units, we found the nicest unit with the greatest view of the water and the city in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. It was slightly out of our budget but because of his prior experience with the particular building manager, he was able to negotiate the monthly rental rate to an amount within our budget! The whole process was unbelievably quick, taking only two days between meeting with Afik and submitting an application with the management company. After submitting the application, he guided us through the verification process and ultimately through lease signing. He was a savior and seriously the best real estate agent I've ever worked with having moved throughout the city a number of times already. I would highly highly highly recommend Afik to any of my friends and family.

We had a *great* experience working with Greg Hudson. Highly recommend…read more We met Greg by chance after requesting a tour of an apartment he was showing (found on Streeteasy). I've had plenty of experience with StreetEasy showings in the past - usually you show up, the leasing agent opens a door, tells you the price and how much you'll owe them for their "opened a front door" broker fee, then you leave. Greg was the opposite. He took us through each apartment and pointed out tons of details (both good *and* bad things), talked us through options w/r/t fees, move-in dates, rent negotiation, etc. He had good relationships with the landlords at each building and was able to talk to us about their preferences, the vibe of the building, everything we could've wanted. He also worked hard to: 1) negotiate a great deal 2) give us several options 3) get everything taken care of quickly to secure our spot 4) make sure we knew exactly what we were agreeing to in every part of the lease *Plus* he followed up with us later to see how everything was going and connect us with our new neighbors (who he already knew). My point is: Greg is really an awesome guy and you'd be lucky to have him help find your next place.

After all of that, I was abruptly informed that management would not be proceeding and was given no explanation despite repeated requests. At best, this was a highly misleading and unprofessional leasing process. At worst, it raises serious concerns about how prospective tenants are treated.
