The first time she called a man and he said "yes we can label it and print them like that" now when we went it on may 3rd 2026 they were wrong, my mom asked about the other guy who works there he got ANGRY AND RED FACED. Which is diabolical and terrible service so my mother asked if she was lying about the guy she talked to and he said "no I am the ONLY MAN that works in the printing service" so my mother said "ok so I'm lying apparently" he got furious clenched his fist and told my mother she can go somewhere else. And on top of that his daughter works there and has no idea how to do her job aswell. this location is horrible.

Since this QP is less than ten minutes from my house and on the way to everywhere I go, it's the perfect fit for me. It's a little hard to get to if you're headed eastbound on Expressway but if you need a sandwich or a coffee or appliances while you're picking up your printing, you're in luck. They'll also deliver to a business so maybe you never even need to go in. I needed a handful of different types of printing (straight up copies, lamination, and large-format foam core) with a day or so turn around. They took great care of me, called to ask questions, and truly seemed to care that they got it right for me. Alina was friendly and on-point with her customer service game. The printing was perfectly done, on time, and reasonably priced. They've got a new customer as far as I'm concerned and I'm looking forward to never having to go to FedEx ever again, unless I'm just feeling like I need a good cry.
