Had a strange issue that Baby Lock customer service had never encountered - even their tech support people were stumped. They suggested taking it back to my retailer, so a quick call to B Sew Inn and they agreed to have their technician look at it today (Friday afternoon!) so I ran over there. By the time I got there, the sales people had discussed my issue, and already pre-diagnosed the problem. They had me up and running in no time at all, and I still have the whole weekend to finish my project, which has a hard deadline of next Tuesday! This kind of product knowledge is the reason to buy from B Sew Inn. They stand behind their products because they KNOW their products. It is never just lip service. People say customer service is dead? Not at B Sew Inn!

So why did I change my 5 stars to 2 stars? After a pleasant call and working out a deal on the phone, I loaded up my trailer to pick up my purchase. Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site. In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back. I already spent 3 hours on this, so I countered I would have a check ready if he delivered. No answer..... I'll include my original review from my previous visits below. Awesome Yanmar dealer. Carries Husqvarna too. Just used the service department. Just as awesome as Sales and Parts. Sad how things change.

Outstanding Work and Exceptional Service - Highly Recommend Double B Trailers…read more I cannot say enough great things about Double B Trailers, located at 1124 MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73128. They did an absolutely outstanding job on my kayak/boat trailer, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations in every way. My trailer is made from extremely hard steel, which made installing trailer lights and marker/clearance lights a very challenging task. The team at Double B Trailers handled it with true expertise--cutting multiple precision plasma holes for wire clamps and using top-tier materials, not cheap shortcuts. The workmanship is far better than anything I could have done myself, and the results speak for themselves. Double B Trailers is a family-owned business that has been operating for decades, and it shows in both their craftsmanship and customer service. Stacy and her father are honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to do the job right and offered a fair, honest price--you truly get the best deal, period. My trailer lights look absolutely amazing and are clearly built to last. If you need any kind of trailer work, don't waste your time looking elsewhere. I'm extremely grateful for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you so much, Double B Trailers--I highly recommend you!

We have used them for almost all of our repair needs and when we didn't we regretted that decision. They are affordable - efficient- friendly- transparent in their costs- and just wonderful. The last time they came out, not only did they fix the dishwasher they reset it properly. When we bought it the people did not set it in properly so it's been tipping when we load it. They didn't have to fix it but they went the extra mile to be sure the job was done correctly! This is the place to use!
