They were messed up. The first time she called a man and he said "yes we can label it and print them like that" now when we went it on may 3rd 2026 they were wrong, my mom asked about the other guy who works there he got ANGRY AND RED FACED. Which is diabolical and terrible service so my mother asked if she was lying about the guy she talked to and he said "no I am the ONLY MAN that works in the printing service" so my mother said "ok so I'm lying apparently" he got furious clenched his fist and told my mother she can go somewhere else. And on top of that his daughter works there and has no idea how to do her job aswell. this location is horrible.

Staff is super nice, lots and lots of different size washers especially the 60lbs washer they have two rows dedicated to these large washers. For the price for a 60 pound wash is $7.25. This place is super affordable, clean and have a great little play area for your kids and tons of washers available. Definitely recommend this place for anyone needing to do laundry.

The hostess Latonya was so sweet and accommodating. She answered all of our questions. It's got a small play area for kids. They have many size washers from 60 pounds all the way down to 20 pounds and many dryers from 75 pounds down to I believe 20 pounds. All are priced accordingly. They have a lot of folding tables and they are thunder proud. I'm very grateful we didn't need it, but they do have an indoor storm shelter. All of their carts were well-maintained and a lot of comfortable seating. I didn't see any other washers and dryers than speed queen. Those are definitely high-end and they were very nice.

When I asked for someone higher up than her all she said was "Well I can give you my bosses number but he's just gonna tell you to deal with it" which in my opinion is pretty rude considering it's not my fault another employee told me the wrong info. Usually in customer service they honor the customer especially when it's their fault they don't train or explain things to their employees properly.
