On the day of the appointment the tile cleaning employee arrived on time and began draining our pool water. It only took the tile cleaner about two hours to blast off all the calcium build up on our tile and rock wall fountain. After blasting all the tile, he blew all the extra glass beads on the outside of the pool back into the pool and pressure washed everything. Once pressure washed, he spent time hand vacuuming the pool which cleared up the milky look and all the glass beads off the bottom. The clarity when the works was done was actually pretty good. The tile looks brand new again and the backyard was cleaned up nicely. They did an awesome job and we will continue to use Thomas Pool Tile in the future.

The technician arrived on time, he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and suggested that there were two options for us, explained pros and cons of both options, and they would have to spec out the costs and send us a quote. We got a quote for both options in a couple of days. The quotes were fair from the research I'd done. I spoke with Gary who was great and we chose to replace the whole unit with a newer model that integrates with a phone based app. We scheduled for the replacement installation and the technician came back on time again. He got everything installed, everything pre-registered with Jandy for warranty purposes, and then took the time go over how the system works; he also made some recommended adjustments based on our setup. Overall, I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again for any future pool issues that we run into.
