It's really disappointing when you take time off from work to be home for a contractor and then get ghosted. Update. Brandon has really gone out of his way to make this situation whole. I respect and admire his commitment to do the right thing and acknowledge mistakes happen. We're all guilty from time to time. I fully expect to amend my review a third time for 5 stars once the service is complete. His work speaks for itself and I am looking forward to completing this project. Final update: Brandon came out and did the job today and I couldn't be happier with the results. Tile and stonework look great! He was very professional, communicated when he would be here, didn't leave any mess and did the job in a timely fashion. On the day of the appointment the tile cleaning employee arrived on time and began draining our pool water. It only took the tile cleaner about two hours to blast off all the calcium build up on our tile and rock wall fountain. After blasting all the tile, he blew all the extra glass beads on the outside of the pool back into the pool and pressure washed everything. Once pressure washed, he spent time hand vacuuming the pool which cleared up the milky look and all the glass beads off the bottom. The clarity when the works was done was actually pretty good. The tile looks brand new again and the backyard was cleaned up nicely. They did an awesome job and we will continue to use Thomas Pool Tile in the future.

Our 20 year old Jandy pool remote and controller recently stopped working for us. We got Aqua…read morePool's name from the Jandy website as an authorized Jandy service company so we gave them a call. We scheduled an appointment with them to come out. The technician arrived on time, he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem and suggested that there were two options for us, explained pros and cons of both options, and they would have to spec out the costs and send us a quote. We got a quote for both options in a couple of days. The quotes were fair from the research I'd done. I spoke with Gary who was great and we chose to replace the whole unit with a newer model that integrates with a phone based app. We scheduled for the replacement installation and the technician came back on time again. He got everything installed, everything pre-registered with Jandy for warranty purposes, and then took the time go over how the system works; he also made some recommended adjustments based on our setup. Overall, I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again for any future pool issues that we run into.
