Quick and easy drop off process in the rear of the building. The service agent was also very friendly.

My husband accomplished a chore he'd dreaded for years, all in a few hours using e-waste gurus

They were quick and friendly. Will definitely come back and be more intentional with recycling my electronics now that I know they're there.

I have been a loyal customer of E-Waste Gurus for 4 years now and have purchased multiple computers, monitors, keyboards, accessories, and a laptop from them. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of products they sell. Recently, I had an issue getting Windows installed properly on one of the desktop computers I bought from them. Even though it was outside the scope of what they normally provide, their tech support specialist was kind enough to meet with me virtually and provide step-by-step instructions to help me get Windows configured the way I wanted. Going above and beyond to help a customer with a technical issue is just one example of the excellent service I've received from E-Waste Gurus over the years. They are an honest, fair, and reliable company that really cares about their customers. I will remain a loyal repeat customer and highly recommend E-Waste Gurus to anyone looking for used computer equipment or accessories. Their inventory is always changing so check back often if you don't see what you need right away. read more

It is painless. Once they have your information you can drop off your used electronics and the Gurus will take care of everything else.

They take all my stuff and give me very little hassle. They charge $5 to take a printer, though I suspect that's a legal thing that they have to do for some reason. They're always friendly and helpful. All around nice to work with. read more

My partner and I followed the website saying they were open but we weren't sure if they had a storefront. They actually don't but the gentleman inside, Serzh, was still willing to help us find a part for an odd PC we were building. We spent a total of around 30 minutes or so here while my partner and the gentleman were discussing which cooler would be best. He was very patient with us and did his best to find us as many as he think would work. Serzh found us 3 coolers and we bought one there for about $10. The cooler ended up not working but we will keep it to use on other builds. Still wanted to let them know they did an awesome job at customer service and if we need anything else we will let them know! read more

We had a plasma TV and a electronic keyboard to be recycled. They were very friendly, helpful, and easy. We highly recommend!

They are a friendly and convenient place to dispose of old printers and other electronic devices.

Fast, easy, and courteous service. Originally pulled around back as I did not see their signage on the door in front. Ended up finding the front door and then pulled around back to drop off the TV. Highly recommend and will use them in the future. read more

These guys are the best! I went there and got 2 great 17" flat screens last November and all the people I encountered smiled and asked if I needed help. Don't waste your money on new equipment. They have the latest gear at unbelievable prices. read more

The guys that run this business live up to their names! I bought an excellent laptop at a low price from E-W Gurus. I found the laptop that I wanted on the web and asked them to reserve it for me. They held it for a couple of days until I could pick it up. I got the product that they advertised for the price they advertised with no hassle. read more

This was the best experience we have ever had using an E-waste facility. Staff is so friendly and courteous and it was super easy to transfer all of the e-waste. Would highly recommend!!! A+++++ read more

Professional and courteous! Serge delivered exactly what was expected. Had a minor issue with the RAM initially, but he went above and beyond to correct it and all worked fine after. Customer service goes a long way in any industry and these guys get that. They offer 90 day warranty and 30 day money back guarantee for whatever reason, so that helps ease any concerns. I'll definitely be recommending E-Waste Gurus in the future. read more

During the pandemic I had a hard time finding good computers for my employees working from home. Worked with E-Waste to acquire 12 computers. All computers were in great condition and performed well above my expectations. Great communication all the way through. They went above and beyond to get the computers ready the same day when I needed them. Highly recommend E-Waste Gurus for refurbished computers, monitors, printers. read more

These guys are THE BEST!! I went in and apparently they were selling some laptops. I purchased one for a GREAT DEAL and it's been working like a beast since. I was skeptical of purchasing a new laptop as I am not super tech savvy but these guys walked me through the entire process and did a great job selling the product. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future. read more

My one transaction with them was as simple as possible. I rolled up with a trunk full of old, obsolete electronics. The guy in the front office asked me to pull around back. He opened the rolling door to the warehouse and emptied everthing out of my car with no questions at all. This is the way I hope and expect e-waste recycling to go. read more

I frankly wasn't expecting awesome customer service and top-quality equipment from a business that recycles e-waste, but E-Waste Gurus delivered on both counts! I needed a monitor quickly, and found these guys. After browsing their inventory on their website, I sent a text message inquiring about a monitor I was interested in. I got a friendly message back right away, and they held the monitor for me until the next day when I went to pick it up from their shop. They invited me to bring in the laptop I wanted to use with the monitor, which I did, so they could supply the right cables and adapters and make sure everything was working. In the end I got a high-quality, gently-used monitor for a terrific price, and the experience of dealing with their professional and knowledgeable team was very pleasant. I will definitely go back if I ever need a laptop or desktop system, because I have confidence they'll stand behind what they sell. Way to go, E-waste Gurus! read more

Yesterday I brought ewaste out to Ewaste Gurus on Harris Avenue, Sacramento and was met by a friendly employee who took the old broken lap top, monitor, speaker and wires. There was ample parking and easy access to the business. The only suggestion for improvement is to add more signs to show where the business is to make it easier. So much closer to downtown Sacramento than the county recycling. Thank you E-waste Gurus! Marilyn Armbruster read more

We had 7 televisions to dispose of. After a quick phone call, the pick up service was scheduled for the next day. Super quick service! They arrived on schedule, and the pick up took no more than 10 minutes. These guys were super fast and friendly, handling these heavy LCD televisions. Would definitely recommend to others. read more
