They take all my stuff and give me very little hassle. They charge $5 to take a printer, though I suspect that's a legal thing that they have to do for some reason. They're always friendly and helpful. All around nice to work with. read more

My partner and I followed the website saying they were open but we weren't sure if they had a storefront. They actually don't but the gentleman inside, Serzh, was still willing to help us find a part for an odd PC we were building. We spent a total of around 30 minutes or so here while my partner and the gentleman were discussing which cooler would be best. He was very patient with us and did his best to find us as many as he think would work. Serzh found us 3 coolers and we bought one there for about $10. The cooler ended up not working but we will keep it to use on other builds. I frankly wasn't expecting awesome customer service and top-quality equipment from a business that recycles e-waste, but E-Waste Gurus delivered on both counts! I needed a monitor quickly, and found these guys. After browsing their inventory on their website, I sent a text message inquiring about a monitor I was interested in. I got a friendly message back right away, and they held the monitor for me until the next day when I went to pick it up from their shop.They invited me to bring in the laptop I wanted to use with the monitor, which I did, so they could supply the right cables and adapters and make sure everything was working. In the end I got a high-quality, gently-used monitor for a terrific price, and the experience of dealing with their professional and knowledgeable team was very pleasant. Yesterday I brought ewaste out to Ewaste Gurus on Harris Avenue, Sacramento and was met by a friendly employee who took the old broken lap top, monitor, speaker and wires. There was ample parking and easy access to the business. The only suggestion for improvement is to add more signs to show where the business is to make it easier. We had 7 televisions to dispose of. After a quick phone call, the pick up service was scheduled for the next day. Super quick service! They arrived on schedule, and the pick up took no more than 10 minutes. These guys were super fast and friendly, handling these heavy LCD televisions. Would definitely recommend to others. read more
