The ambiance is now very contemporary with a nod to the Italian cuisine it serves. It's a very pleasant environment for dining. The complimentary bread and seasoned oil were delicious. My friend ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza which looked amazing. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken with the Alfredo sauce on the side... So glad I did, as the Alfredo sauce was like a very watery soup. Also, the entire entree' was lukewarm. Our server immediately took it back and returned with a much thicker and delicious Alfredo sauce and warmer entree'. Kudos to our server who re-maid the sauce himself! While I didn't mention anything about the noodles, they weren't very soft- not al dente', but a texture that was sort of rubbery as if pre-made- but were much better with new Alfredo sauce and warmed up chicken with the fettuccine. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and personable. No issues at all with the service; in fact, it was excellent. My friend took home the leftovers of pepperoni pizza, and it was a generous portion. As for my Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, I ate out the chicken, which was perfectly grilled and delicious. I didn't want to take home the remaining fettuccine or sauce. While the re-maid sauce was delicious, the fettuccine noodles were a texture not to my liking. My overall rating is 4 stars based on the above comments. In the past (a number of years back), I had enjoyed the Chicken Caprese entree and would likely order it again next time. I would return to this restaurant and recommend it with caution as to what to order. Overall, it was a nice experience on a chilly night in Michigan.

We ordered the Brussels sprouts to start along with the absolute perfect bread and olive oil. That bread was amazing. We ordered our dinner and I had the spicy red and cream sauce pasta. It was delicious. A fantastic spot with amazing service and fantastic happy hour. It's a must try!

Like most carryout places, the tip jar is prominently displayed on the counter near the credit card processor. I had to ask for napkins, which are kept under the counter, which I find annoying. The pizza ordered was a "Four Corners Detroit Style" (thick crust) with half pepperoni with mushrooms and the other side with mushrooms- along with regular sauce and cheese. Upon opening the box, the pizza appeared to be overcooked and slightly burnt, but not so much to be inedible. Upon tasting the pizza, both sides were disappointing... Sauce was skimpy and the whole pizza lacked flavor. If not for the thick crust, there really isn't much to the pizza. Plus, given that the crust was on the burnt side, I tried to scrape the topping off and threw out the crust. I have found the quality of pizzas here very inconsistent. After this experience, it would be a long time before I might try this Jet's location again. See photo below. Cannot recommend for consistency, so roll the dice if you're so inclined.

This may be the worst pizza value ever. This picture is their so-called "Super special". I turned…read moreone piece on its side to show how little you get with a Jet's pizza. I regret that I didn't take it back and demand a refund. I didn't feel like driving back there. I could have bought 10 cheap frozen grocery store pizzas for what I paid for that garbage from Jet's and they would have been better. As you can see from the picture, they don't give you much for the money. The pizza had almost no toppings. It was basically flavorless. Ketchup on a piece of cardboard would probably have been better. I've had frozen 79¢ Totino's pizza from Kroger that tasted better and had more toppings than the grossly over-priced Jet's pizza. Yelp really needs a ZERO STARS option for places like Jet's. The only reason I gave Jet's a star is that it's the lowest score Yelp allows. Jet's does not deserve any stars!

When placed it said eta 6:10. It arrived at 6:52. An hour and a half. I actually called the store at 6:25 to verify the order was placed, and was told "it is out for delivery right now". (I live 5 minutes from the store). After 20 minutes it was still not here. So i called back. Instead of apologizing for the delay, i was told "well we are busy and she is delivering 3 orders. We have no way of contacting the driver. But you are next, I promise. It should be 5 minutes. 5 or 10 minutes." As you can imagine, if 30 minutes prior you are told your order is "out for delivery"....when it finally did arrive, it was cold. One of our cold pizzas was the "specialty" potato pizza. One person, who was not aware what kind of pizza it was, was asked "what did you think of the potato pizza?" "That was potato? I didn't taste potato, it just tasted like cold stale crust to be honest." It was literally a paper thin layer of potato. I don't even know how they are able to spread potato that thin...apparently extremely watered down mashed potatoes. Normally i love to eat the crust of pizza, but honestly it was so tough to chew (and cold) that because I didn't want to loose a tooth, I did not even finish the piece i had to death grip rip off to get. The Korean chicken pizza...actually tasted pretty good. I bet fresh out of the oven it might be worth trying if you have all day to wait for it to arrive. We also got a Detroit style crust pepperoni pizza. Pro: lots of cheese. Con: very minimal pepperoni. Basically 2 per slice. Very minimal sauce. Very doughy. It's like if jets pizza were made by little Caesar's. (Honestly just get Jets...or Vito's. Actually, next time I'd even get little Caesar's before going here again.) Oh and when you place your order, you're asked to include your tip. They also charge $5 to deliver. Therefore at 20% tip and $5, it was over $12 to be delivered cold pizza with abysmal customer service.
