We went to the Torrance branch and they were unable to help us and told us to come back tomorrow morning. We went up to this PV location, and Ashley was super patient and helpful. She also explained that it's a time-consuming process which usually requires an appointment, she would help us with a few, and if there isn't a long line, she would help us more. It turned out, she helped us with all the transactions we had to do. I think she was very helpful, friendly, professional, and handled the situation so we did not feel rushed.

My credit rating is excellent and they still want to charge me an unreasonably high interest rate. They absolutely will not disclose their rates and terms until they run your credit. They show a list of companies that have benefited from their funding, that I never heard of. If that's not suspicious, they insist that you repay their loan either daily or weekly, monthly pay back terms are not allowed. Sound familiar (loan sharks) ...

Prior to moving some money over to Merrill Lynch (ML) I was managing my own money picking stocks etc and doing quite well. I got busy with work that didn't allow me to actively take charge of my investments like I used to so I decided to move it over to ML. Long story short what I experienced was returns are below average and fees are well well above average. Their customer service and responsiveness is generally pretty good, but when it came to moving my money out it's been a royal pain in the @$$. Never doing business at this money center again and I'll stick with my tried and true Capital Group (American Funds) which over the past 30 years has produced consistent returns and low fees.

The franchise tax board audited me and I needed all my reports from Taxco for them to proceed. Upon the completion of the audit the a franchise rep notified me that Taxco's accounting had not properly broken down the taxes due for each vehicle as it stated on each estimate of repair( I Own a body shop) Taxco only recorded the checks going into my bank account and money out. We realized that Taxco stopped doing their job correctly from late 2017-2020 Due to this laziness the Franchise Tax Board is charging me $40,000 I immediately contacted Omar and Beatriz at Taxco and very upset I told them the y needed to fix this and they refused. Following it with an email of termination I will proceed with legal action. I not only have them 15 of service I sent them a lot of clients.
