There also didn't appear to be a full-time receptionist at that time, from what I could tell. In any case, I was told that even if any Etrade employees had been present, they are not able to conduct transactions, and that one must call the 1-800 number to get any sort of help. I believe this listing should be updated to reflect this, as I drove all the way over for nothing. I have not been happy with Etrade online overall, so I was attempting to come by to make a withdrawal, but I will now be required to spend 2-3 business days before I can link an external account, and who knows what will be involved after that. Morgan Stanley is currently taking over Etrade services, I believe, and Etrade account funds are set to transfer over to Morgan Stanley on 9/1/2023. The wait time to get help with this simple transfer was ... 30 minutes!
