This was a disaster from the beginning. I purchased a Groupon, which was probably my first mistake, and they didn't accept the code for my first ride to the airport a few months ago, event hough it was valid. I was livid because I had to pay full price for a ride that I had specifically bought a Groupon for. Now that my original anger has worn off, I attempted to use the Groupon for another ride to the airport. Online it says that the Groupon has expired, but that I can use the full value of what I paid toward a ride to or from the airport. I understand that the ride will cost more than the $45 value of the Groupon, but the voucher says that it never expires. I called to try and set up a ride and was given the run around about why I couldn't use the voucher, even though it says the value never expires just the fact that I couldn't use it for the full price which would have been a discount. I finally gave up and will just call someone else. As far as I am concerned they can keep my $45 and it is a good lesson for myself in dealing with Groupons. I wouldn't use this service unless you are prepared for a giant pain in the neck. read more

Eek! Me thinks not! You might be tempted to purchase a deal on Amazon Local or Groupon or Yelp or something, I'm gonna advise against it. mmmmhmmm! If you like a warm fuzzy of having a reliable transportation / shuttle, reasonable driving skills, on time, and can be communicated for pickup, you wont find it here. I purchased a similar deal and it was awful, from pickup and delivery to airport to the return pickup last night. We werent happy with the fact that the driver didnt come in to baggage claim to assist with baggage, we had to call several times to say we were at the curb. We waited for eons and although we were all speaking English, there was a definite language barrier. Yahiah (I know I am spelling his name wrong, this is how you sound it out) meant well, he really did. He offered candy and mints and provided fresh bottled water. His Lincoln Town car was in clean and good condition. But thats where it ends. Try to tell him to turn left and because there is a red light he drives straight ahead and decides to pull a u-ey at the next light. Explain to pull straight ahead to a gate and we have a clicker to open it, he wants to pull over to the kiosk. We explain several things and he wants to do whatever his way. Then he tells me how I am wrong. Rule number one in customer service, the customer is never wrong. He made the mistake of really annoying me, with the horrible driving to rude and nasty comments, we wont be using his service again. He offered me a pen and business card for advertising, he was irate when I wouldnt accept it, burned a patch of rubber on the way out of our gated community, hope thats the last we ever see of him! Its safe to say we will never use this service again. RUN! read more

I first tried E-Town car after buying their deal on Amazon. I was a bit reluctant as I had an early morning flight, but they sent a text confirmation after booking and showed up a full 20 minutes early (and texted again when they arrived). Since then I've used this service at least a dozen times, and recommend them to my friends. Not are they consistently prompt and reliable, but all of the drivers I've had are genuinely courteous and kind. Their cars are pristine, and they always provide bottled water and snacks.
