I want to start off by saying that I write reviews few and far in-between. And typically, it is due to a horrible experience. However, I wanted to write this review to give credit where credit is due. John and his team at Exec-U-Ride are phenomenal. I have used his services on numerous occasions, from simple airport rides, to nice dinners out, to getting a group of us to go to a concert where John waits for us at the venue. Aside from what you would expect from a standard black car service, I want to highlight a few of the many times where I think John has gone above and beyond:
1 - His cars are pristine and his driving is safe. And I don't just mean clean. They look like they get detailed every time before pickup, smell good, and has amenities like water, chargers, ice cooler, etc. And although it shouldn't need to be said, John and team are externally safe drivers, and never once had I felt uncomfortable. It's one of the reasons I stopped using ride-sharing. They always seemed to be in a hurry and drove unsafe. Not John and team. Just sit back, enjoy the ride, and know your safe.
2 - He has taken numerous last minute calls and ride requests from me and has accommodated. Once, I was even a no call no show for a 10pm airport pickup (which I had not given him flight info for) due to a flight being redirected, and he ended up coming back at 7am the next morning when I eventually landed and called him. He understood and had no hard feelings.
3 - This one may not seem like a big deal, but for me it is huge since being late is my pet peeve. John and his team are ALWAYS on time. And when I say on-time, I mean 15 minutes early. Always there when we walk out the door waiting for us. The best part is at the end of the night. Nothing like rolling out of dinner, club, or comedy show, and John is there waiting for you.
4 - And lastly, I want to say that John does a lot of small things to show his appreciation and attention to detail. Perfect example is on the night of an anniversary dinner, John not only somehow remembered it was our anniversary, but also came with a nice bottle of Champagne, chocolates, and a hand written card. And let me tell you...that was at the point I realized how personal John is.
