Big fan of this salon, been twice and happy with the cleanliness, attention to detail and length of massage during pedicure. Shellac manicures I've had have been long lasting...I recommend making an appointment rather than walk.in, however they are worth the wait... I have always received good and consistent service here. They do awesome pedicures and really take their time to create a good experience.

My mom always comes here and gets an amazing shellac manicure but the past few times I've gone my shellac manicures down right suck. My nails are filed weirdly and uneven (one side of the nail is taller than the other) this last time I got my nails done the lady doing my nails didn't put a base coat down before the color for shellac so now my nails are all warped and wrinkly. I got them done about an hour ago and my thumb already pealed and chipped off. Luckily I said something and I get to go back...and get them fixed for free. Even 2 star is being generous!! Poor communication with no respect for other people's time. I took an appointment for 12 pm for my mom and I to get mani/pedi. I had told them that I have a newborn and could not wait too long. The person on the phone had reassured us that we would be taken right away if we came on time (which we did). We were seated in mani chairs right away but it wasn't until 20 min later that they asked us to move to pedi chairs. When I told them we no longer had time for both and would like only shellac done, the lady left. At 12:40 I went to the guy sitting upfront about how long it would be, I was told that mani's would require a much longer wait. I had to leave to feed my new born by the time. Horrible customer service! My daughter and I went in for different services, I got in pretty quick for a pedicure, but she only wanted a manicure and toe polish change. She was completely ignored for an hour and a half! When we told the owner, he wasn't concerned, gave the excuse that most staff are there for pedicures...7 pedicures went ahead of her and she walked out without having anything done...NEVER going back! I would not recommend E Nails. I signed in at 1:30 pm and they told me they could do my nails and pedicure at 3:00 pm. I told them I'd wait outside. When I came back in at 3:00 pm, they told me that there were several people ahead of me and it would be another 40 minutes. I told them I had been waiting outside for 1.5 hours and they told me that they didn't know if I'd come back, so I would have to wait another 40 minutes! Every time my sister and I come here we put our names down on the sign in sheet, we wait and then new people walk in and they seat them in front of my sister and I. It would be one thing if it only happened once but it has happened 3 times now. We have been going to e nails since they first opened. The owner and family were so humble and kind, always doing a fantastic job but I haven't had the same experience for a long time. I'm really disappointed. I think because they get so much business now they have gotten a bit big headed. I am hoping it will get better. I am finally off the E Nail "merry-go-round" of poor customer service and TOO MUCH Adele! That's right! My last visit was a record breaking 3.5 hours long. The shop owner was completely dismissive of the fact that I had been waiting over 1.5 hours between a pedicure and a fill. He had a group of 5 young, well - heeled women drop in for all kinds of special $$$ nail accessorizing and serviced each one of them personally while I sat at the drying bar the entire time waiting for a fill. Ooooh, the lack of respect was palpitating! He finally handed me off to a technician without any acknowledgement meanwhile swiveling his ass through the shop, to Adele. Appointments are not honored, in fact, he treats callers so dismissively regarding appointments that I simply cringe sitting at his station as he hangs up without writing anything in his book. Talented technicians like Ryan and Kenny are no longer at the shop. I see the writing on the wall and with more of this lack-of-respect toward return customers, so will he. Arrogance and disrespect are going to take him on a regrettable ride. But for the time being there's always Adele. In the meantime, I am happy to report that my friends and I (we tend to be very dependable and loyal shop supporters) are discovering other Yakima nail salons, that are long on service, skill and appreciation for our patronage, to settle into. So I want to start of with, I made appointment, I told the lady on the phone I want full set of fake nails and shellac pedicure. I get there and the guy told me sign in, then he goes and asks me what I want to get done so I said I had appointment for full set and pedicure, he said we don't have time for full set you can get a pedicure not full set, you have 5 people before you for a full set, so I said I had appointment I called 2 days in advance so you can keep the appointment for me . Bottom line is I would not waist your gas going there they are so packed that they don't care if you made an appointment . Horrible customer service. If you want to go somewhere good I went to a different nail salon called #1 nails . They are soooooo good. They gave me and the other people who got their nails done snacks. Amazing customer service they make you feel at home and loved. Really nice salon prices are great. GUYS GO TO #1 nails INSTEAD! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!! Leon was extremely rude and made me feel like something one of the pedicure lady's did was my fault and made me feel like total crap. Definitely not a way to treat your customers. Especially considering the sea salt scrub they used left me looking like a tiger attacked my legs, and they cut my nails WAY WAYYYYYY too short and it was bleeding, then I kept flinching cause it hurt and she wouldn't leave it alone, she put lime juice and alcohol on it while it was bleeding and this all happened while trying to have a relaxing pedi with my little girl for her birthday. So unorganized ! Told me it would be 15 minutes and waited for over an hour even though they started my mom. They took my shellac off and then I decided to leave because my Mom had already been done for 10mins and then they wanted to charge me $10 for taking off my shellac after I waited for an hour and a half! I have had three bad experiences with e nails in the last 5 months. I will never go there again. First time I was disappointed was Sept. I scheduled an appt for my sisters and I. We showed up early and even still waited over 2hours to be helped. Second time was a week before my sisters wedding. Kim was my eyebrow specialist, I called and verified Kim was available and the said yes. I show up and Kim no longer works for them. They insist on doing my eyebrows and I tell the new gal to keep my shape and to not thin my brows.. I almost cried at the results. Not only were they too thin but one was rounded and the other had one third of the brow waxed off from the inside. Oh and I had to pay even though I was upset. I had to fill my eyebrows in for the wedding! I waited a few months and gave them a try, nail they can do. But yesterday I went in at 4:30 signed in to get shellac.. And waited and waited and waited.. Finally at 5:20 the owner asked what my name was and I showed him. He moved on to the next gal ahead of me and her name had already been crossed off. So he put her in right away. A few woman left and still I'm waiting.. At 5:40 I finally got up (the gal ahead of me was still soaking ) and asked him again "do you know how long it will be?" And two girls interrupted they had an appt at 5. He turns to them and tells them to sit.. And he says to me "not sure.. About half hour hour." So I informed him I was going to leave and his response was "sorry." I'm sorry I wasted over an hour and half of time I won't get back. Thanks e nails. Had a wonderful experience here. It is in a great location next to Starbucks and Inklings. I had a regular pedicure and never once felt rushed or that they were trying to up sell me. They gave me exactly what I wanted, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. They also started this new soy wax candle treatment with their pedicures. They use a candle to melt the wax and pour it on your legs during the massage portion of the service. It was a nice and unique addition. I would recommend this place! read more

We called while we were outside asking how long it would take to get a brow wax, they told us 10 minutes and it took us 45 minutes to even get into the room and then, once we were sent to the room, we waited there alone for about 5 minutes before someone FINALLY came in. Terrible experience AND got a nail fungus there. I moved from out of state and went to E Nails once. A week later a fungus developed where they had filled my nails. When I went back (not knowing what it was - I've gone to the same place for years and never had a fungus), they blamed me and said they had told me last time that I needed a new set and I said I didn't have time - an absolute lie. I would have done anything to avoid something like that. They also blamed my previous nail salon, despite the fact that I hadn't been there in over a month and it developed one week after having my nails done at E Nails. They filed down the fungus, not cleaning anything as far as I saw, threw a new set over the fungus, charged me $50, and sent me on my way. Never again. read more

The customer service here is horrible! There is no point in making an appointment, once you arrive there you still have to wait for nearly an hour to get your nails done! Went here to get a shellac polish change and I was very disappointed with my visit. There is no longer a waiting area, so everyone has to squeeze together (awkwardly) by the door to wait their turn. It took 5 minutes from when I walked in to get the owners attention and ask how long the wait would be (because he was too busy talking). I asked the guy doing my nails to do a third coat because my shellac usually only lasts about a week otherwise. He refused to do the third coat and, low and behold, my nails started chipping after 2 days. The reason I get shellac is because, like most people, I'm busy and don't have the time or money to come get my nails fixed every three days. Also, in the middle of doing my nails, he pulled out his phone and made me wait for a few minutes while he was on texting. It was not a very friendly place and definitely a waist of my money.
