This place uses too much oil. In fact the massage is All oil. No reflexology and no privacy or relaxation. The worst job in town.

Last time I came in for a couple's massage at this location, my boyfriend and I requested female staff. I didn't get a chance to get their names but those two women that we had did amazing! We left feeling very relaxed and they were able to work out a part in my back that was really bothering me. I had high hopes coming in again for another couple's massage but that was not the case. When we came in most recently for another couple's massage, we were not given the same option to choose male or female staff which I thought was odd. We assumed we would have females because of the preference we set last time on our account but instead 2 men walked into our room. Regardless, it could've been a staffing reason, so I didn't feel a need to say anything. We paid extra for the CBD add-on (which is $20 per person) and unfortunately mine was only added right before I turned over onto my back because I think my masseuse forgot to add it. you usually know if your masseuse uses it because of how strong the smell is and the consistency of its texture, so I knew that it was not being used throughout my whole massage on my back, which I specifically requested. He ended up just quickly putting it on and then having me turn over while it was still drying, so he could work on my head because the end of the massage was near. Unfortunately, the person doing my massage barely put any pressure on any areas of my body. It felt like I was essentially just rubbed with oil for the hour that we booked. I wasn't sure if he was using a lighter hand because I was a girl but there was no working out of any of my knots or tension which was not what i had wanted because i paid for the swedish. My boyfriend, on the other hand, said his was more heavy-handed and his masseuse used a lot more pressure and elbowing. He felt pretty sore after and i felt like i hadn't even gotten a massage. Unfortunately both of us felt like, for paying a couple hundred dollars, it would've been a better experience and massage this time but it was not. The staff is all very nice, and the location is clean. It's just the certain massage that we got that wasn't up to standard.

So I decided to see for myself; and I'm glad that I did... The place is extremely clean with a pleasant fragrance and overall very comforting atmosphere.... I was greeted by a beautiful young lady, with a great personality- her name is Daisy (manager) she explained their various massage choices, styles and prices. I decided to try a 90 minute deep tissue-full body. The room was spotless, the music was relaxing and was being played throughout all of the rooms. The (deep tissue) massage was wonderful with some shiatsu, and hot stone treatment toward the end. I highly recommend this massage establishment, it's absolutely a hidden gem. Note: Tipping a massage therapist is not the same as tipping a wait person, massage therapy is 20 to 50x more difficult than bringing food and drinks to a table- so at these awesome, low massage therapy prices- we can afford to tip more generously. ($10 per each 30 minutes of massage time is fair). ;)

During my first visit, I booked a Swedish massage. The pressure was medium, and although the technique wasn't what I would expect, the massage felt good enough that I decided to give the place another try. I used to work at a massage school, so I have some familiarity with massage techniques and what a quality session should look like. My second visit was for deep tissue. Again, the technique was unusual, but I decided to give the business one more opportunity. Today, I booked another deep-tissue massage with Lisa. I completed the online intake form and specifically identified the areas I wanted addressed. When I arrived, I was asked again whether I wanted Swedish or deep tissue and was asked to circle my focus areas again. This same experience has happened on all three visits, which makes me question whether the online intake forms are being reviewed at all. Unfortunately, the bigger issue is that the in-person feedback doesn't seem to make a difference either. During today's massage, once I realized the therapist was finished working on my back, I specifically asked her to focus exclusively on my upper and lower back and shoulders. I explained that there was no need to turn me over or continue working on my arms, legs, or feet. My back and shoulders were the primary reason I booked the appointment, and I wanted to give the therapist ample time to address those areas. Despite that very clear request, the technique remained largely the same: repetitive pressure using elbows and forearms, often over the sheet, with very little use of the hands or fingers. I understand that deep-tissue massage can involve elbows and forearms, but technique and precision matter. The pressure felt more like grinding over my skin and bones than effectively working the muscles I wanted addressed. I left feeling that my concerns had not been addressed, and my back and neck actually hurt worse afterward. For the amount of time and money invested in a longer session, this was incredibly disappointing and honestly one of the worst massage experiences I've had. My frustration isn't simply that I disliked a particular technique. It's that across three separate visits, I repeatedly felt that the therapist followed a predetermined routine rather than listening to my preferences and adapting the massage accordingly. I genuinely wanted to like this place and gave it three opportunities to deliver a better experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on my experiences.
