About John, every networked, can obtain parts with a 3 year 36K warranty to be shipped in right away (next day). He provides a warranty through TechNet so if I am far away and the part would fail, I can still get the part covered within the warranty period by Technet. Come Sunday morning we were rather discouraged but headed out looking for a vehicle again and luckily passed by Beato's right before they opened. They had a very nice 2008 Sienna on the lot and worked with us getting us on getting a warranty for it even though they considered it a trade-in car. We ended up driving off with the Sienna, WITH a 2-year powertrain warranty (covers the big stuff like engine and transmission) for less money than KBB value of the van WITHOUT a warranty! Also, shout-out to Tito for being a fantastic salesman, helpful but NOT pushy! Also, contrary to prior claims of other reviews, Beato's was NOT going to let us leave the lot with a temp plate on the Sienna, since it was a trade-in car, until they realized the previous owner had had the van NH state inspected only 2 weeks prior to the trade-in, so they knew it was safe. They are VERY clear that the trade-in vehicles are only cleaned and not inspected by them, and not warrantied by them, unless you pay extra for a third-party warranty like we did. I would HIGHLY recommend Beato's to anyone looking for a good car at a great price!

Here's how it went: The first attempt, I was told that I needed an appointment to see the vehicle. OK?? I guess that's the new world we live in. So I made an appointment....two days from then. We did receive a confirmation message the day before, which was great. However, when we arrived for our appointment, we were asked to sit for about 30-45 minutes, at which point I approached the receptionist (who was very nice), and was told that the vehicle was not available and was sitting in their additional lot. She was unclear as to when it could arrive, so we decided to make another appointment, our third visit. We arrived for this third visit and were seated for about 15 minutes. A sales agent came over and greeted us and took us over to his desk. Then the real fun!?! He immediately asked how we would be paying for the vehicle? I said, "cash" - a used car so not that bad. He then said, it was their dealer policy to confirm our payment before showing me the vehicle??? Excuse me??? I said, well I would love to see the car before we even talk about money, much less have to show you my bank account to do so. He stated the policy again, and my dander was starting to rise. I stopped him, and asked if the vehicle was even on site, he said no. At that point, I stood up and said "we are done" and left the premises. This was undoubtedly my worst experience I have ever had in any car dealership. It was surprising to me, as the reviews were generally good. Makes me wonder about the veracity of some reviews. I would never recommend this dealer.
