    PLEASE!! DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! It is too late for me but if this even helps ONE person steer clear of this place and save their money it's worth writing this. I do not usually write reviews, but this place is absolutely the worst place you can ever have to deal with. I went to go see a car that they had me confirm my appointment for 3 separate times and then I drove an hour from Boston to see and they still didn't have it on site for me to see. Then I was told I would be taking out a certain amount loan and once I signed and everything was all set, I saw that JOSEPH (THERE IS A PICTURE UPLOADED THE MAN WITH THE WHITE SHIRT DISHONEST AND TERRIBLE STAY FAR AWAY FROM HIM) had taken out an additional $4,000 on the loan! I tried to give them a call back, but he REFUSES to take the phone call and communicate anything with me he is hiding from any type of conversation. When I was looking into the car however, he had no problem calling me 7x a day..I wonder why. Fits the sleezy car salesman stereotype down to the T. I should have seen him VAPING inside during our meeting as a GET OUT sign. I was told the car would be ready the following Monday and you guessed it, almost a week late. Then I noticed there was a creaking coming from the left side of the driver and paid my own mechanic out of pocket to take a look and send me what was wrong. I sent in the pictures and diagnostics as they said they would fix all issues that arrived when I left the dealership. After a consistent back and forth they had me go back 3 times. I had to miss work 2 days for this and drive a 2 hour round trip each time they have 0 respect for time. After all that they still didn't fix the issue and refused to send me any paper trail documentation for the work done. I called back and JUNIOR the "Service Manager" (who didn't even look at the car) YELLED AT ME on the phone for 20 minutes. He didn't even look at the car and was telling me how his technician said it was all set, if you are not checking the work, how will you know it gets done? It was so unprofessional, and we wouldn't have even had the phone call if the people there DID THEIR JOB RIGHT THE FIRST OR EVEN THE 2ND TIME. He kept reminding me about how they have "600 customers on the phone". I wonder why we are all on the phone because you guys are SCAMMING EVERYONE YOU POSSIBLY CAN. This is the worst place I have EVER had the misfortune of walking into. The staff is incompetent, rude and full of degenerate scammers. The only person worth even talking to at this place is the receptionist, Danielle. I feel bad for her having to deal with all these terrible coworkers and having to clean up their messes. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, BUY FROM CRAIGSLIST OR EVEN THE JUNKYARD. IT CANNOT GET WORSE THAN THIS. LOOK AT HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY ARE DOING THIS TO AND STEER CLEAR FROM HERE. I wish there was a NEGATIVE RATING OPTION BECAUSE 1 STAR IS STILL TOO HIGH. I wish I NEVER HAD WALKED IN HERE OR LET ALONE MET THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO MADE THIS THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE I COULD EVER ASK FOR. NO MORALS NO RESPECT NO HUMILITY. JUST NOTHING BUT AN EMBARASSMENT OF A COMPANY. The owner should be ashamed of himself for allowing this to happen.

    God if I could give this place I would give zero stars, first let me start off with ***BUYER BEWARE***!! I found a jeep online I loved, I sent in an inquiry and Dallas ask me what I was looking for, I explained to him the 2014 SRT, and he said it's available, so my fiancé and I went down the next day and when we got there some guy was looking at it. Dallas explains he did not have an appointment and he could get us into the SRT before the other sales guy could because he has the most pull. We did not want to step on the guys toes, so we said forget it and we will look at a wrangler. We had Dallas run my credit and he came back with a surprise he stated " good news!!! I got you approve with 4% interest rate and only $399 a month! " I was so excited! But he said there's a catch DCU want you to have a co signer. I said okay no worries, so he said the offer is good for 30 days. I said I'll be back in 3 days due to the weekend. My fiancé and I go back, and we had an appointment with Dallas, but he took off with someone else and was gone for a good hour. So Joseph took over and was running numbers on the wrangler, he said that it was $736 a month! I said wait no, Dallas said $399 a month. He said idk what kind of numbers he ran but no, it's $736. I was so pissed. Dallas came back and said that a finance manager in training ran the numbers, so it was all an error and the finance manager ran the correct numbers, you should go through your own bank. Now I'm beyond annoyed, so we left and I called my bank. They stated to go back and look at a different vehicle with a different price point. So my uncle and aunt are now coming down with me due to my uncle was co-signing for me. I loved the 2014 Jeep outlander, we went in and worked number but what do you know through the Roof! Now I listened to my bank and what they stated to do. This should of been no issue. Dallas stated that Tito stated I need to get a 2017 vehicle so I went back out and looked at a 2017 white Jeep outlander. Okay I fell in love with it. Went back in reran numbers. Dallas comes down" GREAT NEWS!!!" $372 for 75 months with a 2% Interest rate! Oh thank god! I paid a down payment and signed a piece of paper. Tito texts me and states, I need an insurance binder and he sends me the vin. So I am on hold with my insurance company and I'm looking at the vin number, and looking at the vin I have on my paperwork from Dallas..... hmm does not match! I text Tito, hey you sent me the wrong vehicles vin. Hmm no answer so I call Beato. I told Tito wrong vin he said was no I sent you the right one. I text him my receipt from Dallas stating the 2017 white Jeep Overland and my down payment. He said He did not give me the payment amount for the grand Cherokee but just a regular fwd Cherokee. I said no... why are you lying. I sold my GMC Snd now I have no car. They are literally snakes, they will scam you. They knew I was buying the 2017 Jeep overland and not no junky Jeep. Tito stated we put $3500 work of work into the Jeep Cherokee, yeah no buddy not my problem! There was so much dicking around and so much lying. It's beyond me. They kept pulling and pulling and pulling my credit. They make promises and just lie. I showed them another vehicle from somewhere else that was a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2018 and was CHEAPER that the 2017 they are selling for $41,000. He said wow that's a scam. There is no way a jeep is so cheap. Well TITO!! I bought a 2018 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE OVERLAND WITH 38,000 miles TODAY!! And guess what my payments are $320 a month! You are all a joke!! And they will SCAM YOU! And try to sell you a vehicle your not even buying!!!!! BUYER BEWARE OF BEATO AUTO SALES!!! DALLAS IS A LIAR AND TITO WILL SCAM YOU!!! Go to a Reputable car deal ship not them! I posted proof

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! * READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY INCLUDING PUBLIC REPORTS WITH NH ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!!!!! * Marketing scam adds $1995 to advertised price * All sales/staff/management blatantly lie to your face * After deal, difficult to get a hold of. Prepare to hear every time, "they are finishing up with a client right now." Phone calls and emails go unanswered. * Vehicle not delivered on the day agreed. No notice, no communication. * Vehicle finally delivered but damaged on all four sides, front bumper and massive roof dent - rejected and sent back to dealer for repair/repaint (gone over 1.5 weeks) * Missing state paperwork required for registration * Dealer released the car with unsafe engine belt "after" their bumper-to-bumper service * Vehicle smoking profusely upon return. Returned to dealer for excessive smoke, low engine oil and coolant levels "AFTER" their so-called "bumper-to-bumper" service. Their garages are HACKS!!! * Vehicle returned to dealer again. Still smoking. Wrong oil was used in engine. * Vehicle was taken to Infinity (kept over a week) while we were constantly being reassured nothing was wrong with the vehicle. * Vehicle was purchased by us on 7/27/20. Dealer repurchased the vehicle on 9/8/20. During those 2 months, we had it in our possession for 3 days. Rafael lies; lied countless throughout, all the way to the end. Lied about sending final payoff to the bank on the 10th of September. The bank advised today (9/22/20) that it was just sent out yesterday. He dragged it out to punish us. Been stuck without a car since July 27 because of this dealership. * Insists they are the victim. They pat themselves on the back for a job well done as they had to correct so many wrongs of their own doing. * ANYONE AWARE OF, BUT IGNORES THEIR NEGATIVE REVIEWS, ARE DESERVING OF THE HARD LESSONS THEY TEACH ABOUT UNETHICAL AND SHADY BUSINESS. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND DIGNITY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

In my prior…read moreexperience, my insurance company chose the auto body shop to have my pickup truck repaired after someone hit and ran in a parking lot. That experience was a nightmare as that shop did not communicate well, and when they did it was a series of false promises of when my truck would be ready that they did not deliver on. This time I decided to have the insurance company issue me the check and I would chose the shop. After a lot of research, I chose Spacetown Auto. I knew I had made the correct decision after my initial meeting with Christina. As a former employee in the insurance industry, she knew the ins and outs of what insurance companies try to do to minimize their bottom line. I actually learned a lot from Christina through the process of repairing my wife's car. Throughout the process, not only was Christina communitive, but she acted like an advocate on our behalf. For instance, there were parts the insurance company wanted to be repaired, but Christina insisted they be replaced with new parts. She even got my insurance company to refund part of my deductible due to them delaying the repair. No one ever wants to have to use an auto body shop, but if you find yourself in a situation in which you must have your auto repaired, Spacetown Auto is the place to go.

I was sure I would not get away that easily. The team at SpaceTown told me not to worry, and this was normal. They would continue to submit more information to get the entire project completed. The insurance company provided me with little information, but every time I called SpaceTown, they were on top of it. They did a beautiful job putting my car back together. I can't tell it was in an accident. It looks great, rides smoothly and the pain matches perfectly. They dealt with the insurance company to make sure everything necessary was covered. It saved me a lot of headaches. I highly recommend them for autobody work. They are great to work with and do a wonderful job.
