McKay & Heidi really listened to all my concerns, thoughts, worries and fears. Their expertise and ability to communicate complex manufactured housing real estate laws & market dynamics was very reassuring to me from the get go. Their tech savvy marketing tools and strategies were cutting edge and beyond IMPRESSIVE. Who uses overhead drones to showcase a property with a view? THESE GUYS DO. They both were available at literally all hours (which of course I loved, but also felt a bit guilty about). The transaction was further complicated by my being out of state, which McKay skillfully overcame though the magic of DocuSign. Heidi also worked her magic providing teams of helpers, cleaners, carpenters, electricians, A/C guys, plumbers & roofers that would literally show up same or next day. I still marvel at this. I can't say there were no hiccups, because every transaction must have a few of these, but all were skillfully & successfully managed by both Heidi and McKay. I always knew when things would get serious (good serious, i.e., offers) (bad serious, i.e., financial institution nonsense) because they would both call, and all three of us would strategize together on a conference call. No word for almost a MONTH until I received a decline letter. Mind you, I applied October 19th, 2024, and she knew I was looking to move-in by November 1st or the 1st week of Nov. Sent her a text 10/23 and 10/26 with no response along with 2 other voicemails, NOTHING. I received the declined email today 11/14/2024, almost a month after applying and 2 weeks after I was looking to move in. Luckily, I'm quick to read the room and applied elsewhere while waiting, got approved, and picked up keys ALL WITHIN A WEEK. During that process, I was never left hanging, kept getting updated by the property management company and always felt they cared. DO NOT LET THIS SCAM COMPANY MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY because they will help you lose out on a ton of possible potential tennants.
