Unfortunately, the finished product was not as expected and candidly not even usable as the print size on the card was drastically smaller than our original card and not readable to many, especially our more senior clients. After paying $75 for design services and an additional $205 for 2500 business cards, I expected to at least have a product that I could use. When my dissatisfaction was brought to the attention of the Print Center, I was told by management that the size of the print was necessitated by the information on the card and that adequate size of print was purely an opinion. I find this excuse really was just an excuse because the information on my original card was no greater than the new card. Other printers that I have now consulted suggested that I give the Print Center the opportunity to make this print job right. Unfortunately management merely offered me 15% off of my next order. I feel strongly that more could have been done to address an inferior product in which staff could have done better to both manage expectations and deliver a better product. As such, I urge others to find a different option for printing services.

Arden responded so quickly to my request and pricing was provided as quick as I was able to provide the artwork. There were several elements to our signage and we're a high end furniture company so looks are extremely important. They came out within a couple of days to get started. We had some issues matching the building paint and even though this wasn't part of the scope, they handled it. They went and bought the paint and painted the building and then added the building signage. They also did some window decals and a monument type street sign. I highly recommend them. Due to the way their process operates, we were then required to select 2-3 options to move forward with, despite none of them truly meeting our needs. In an effort to course-correct, we invested additional funds for another design session, hoping to achieve a result that better reflected our vision. Unfortunately, after a considerable financial commitment and a significant time commitment from both our team and our board of directors, we ultimately walked away empty handed and ended up having to hire another designer to rebrand our association. We addressed these concerns in a conversation with the company's owner, who acknowledged some responsibility but did not seem genuinely invested in making things right.
